Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Mesa

HORRIBLE service. Drinks aren’t made right, you name it. This Starbucks was my favorite location for months. The girls that worked there were so nice, always called me by my first name(because they cared enough to ask) ALWAYS made the drinks better than any other location. They even wrote “have a great morning” on my cups every time! And now suddenly there’s a whole new team of employees who don’t know how and don’t care to do their job correctly. All the “good employees” must of quit and now this location has gone down 100%. Today I received my drink and to sum it up, I paid for a 7$ cup of milk. I watched the girl make it, she made it incorrectly at first then just threw another cup together. I sat at the window for atleast 15 mintues, watching her not care about what she was doing. My drink had maybe 5 ice cubes in it, and 3-4 inches was missing from the rim because she didn’t make it correctly. The girl at the window had no customer service skills and looked like she was hungover. The manager was a joke when I saw him for a spilt second. Spare your time and go somewhere else. This location is now the worst Starbucks on my list, and it used to be the best. let me say i usually go to this location bcs it’s near my home but now I can’t go their no more due to their horrible management (Jamie) I had my drink incorrectly made & I had called the store I spoke w/ Jamie she said I can get a new remade drink & I can go at any time I wanted. She wrote down my name & everything so when I tried going back to get my remade i spoke w/ Jamie in the drive Thur & she denied everything & refused to give me my remade drink (even though it’s Starbucks policy!) i was so upset bcs I’m a gold rewards member & I love Starbucks & she made my experience at this location HORRIBLE. she didn’t want to deal w/ me so she told me to go around the corner & she will give me my drink & SHE NEVER CAME. Another store on Gilbert & Baseline has to remake my order bcs this location refused too!! I think Jamie needs to go over Starbucks policies on remakes of drinks that were made incorrectly. I’m not the type to write these type of reviews but this needed to be addressed & I hope no one has to go though these problems due to Jamie inconsideration on helping Starbucks...

There is a reason this place has no lines. I asked for light ice it was full of ice and fruit. 3 drinks and gone. Go back for the first time in my life to ask for light ice drink and red head says no after they already said yes. Girl keep running that location down to the ground. Do you. Never going back. Swig is better. And getting my money back since didn't get what I paid for.update I went back since didn't have time to travel to another location and I was right the first time. Worst location across states. They must have another ingredient list. I order same thing every day. Never been so much juice. Then asked since not screen if right and she said oh you want paradise drink not refresher. I am like yes while thinking refresher never came out my mouth. Pineapple paradise 3/4 coconut milk has never looked or tasted so bad.$7 for pineapple juice and water. I learned my lesson not ask for a remake.
