This place used to be great! Now its regrettable.. And pathetic. The girl at the counter looked like she would be kind.. She was kinda rude! I asked if she would re butter and salt my pretzel bites that felt like they had been sitting in the window 20 mins. And she replied they were just made. Since she didn't want to freshen them up' and there was a line behind me I politely told her ill wait for fresh ones since I'M ALREADY WAITING 12 MIN for my pretzel dog bites.. She rolled her eyes. I had already explained that I was gonna pick up some items and be right back to pick up the food.. She was lazy and rude. Worst auntie annes ever

My mom would stop there and get me pretzels for keeping an eye on my little brother and sister while in the store.. Loved it. Now I have to go...

I'm not going to leave a bad review even though I didn't eat there, but by George they smelled so good I bet they taste as good as they smell and let me tell you, boy. They are really good but just a heads up they stop making anything an hour before close. They close at 8 pm. So, from 7 pm you only buy what's available. Which is stuff that's been sitting there for however long they haven't been sold. It can be really frustrating but if you can catch them during the middle of the day, the pretzels are...
