I've written over 600 Google reviews and can count on one hand the number of 1-star reviews I've left, so I'm not just a complainer. This place deserved every bit of 1 star (or less), thanks to the service. Weird location; sub-par food; atrocious service.

For starters, the location is just strange. It's inside of a "resort." As my family was walking through the "resort" to get to the cafe I got the overwhelming feeling that I was going to eat in the dining hall of an assisted living center. It was really odd.

We then got to the cafe, and were met by Calida. She asked how many of us there were, then without a word she just walked off. We were puzzled, and finally assumed we were supposed to follow her to our table. It was odd. She was very cold and smug through the whole experience. Once the food came out, she never once checked on us. Never offered refills. Never asked how our food was. She just walked around with a smug look, almost like "I'm the bosses daughter, I know I'm being totally out of line, and there's nothing anyone can do about it." It was horrific service. We sat for ages waiting for our check, and I finally was able to make eye contact with her, so she brought it over and tossed it on the table without a word. The food was lack-luster, so half the food was still sitting in front of us; she never offered boxes, and didn't ask if everything was alright with the food. I've had terrible service over the last 30 years, but this was some of the worst I've ever experienced. We heard the table next to us making similar comments, and they ended up having to go up and pay at the register because she wasn't taking their card. Calida also took a phone call that seemed to be with her boss about a billing dispute with another table; after the call, she just laughed it off.

The kid's mac and cheese and the oatmeal were actually half decent, but the sandwiches were pretty rough. I got the pastrami sandwich, and the meat was crusty and looked old. I was sincerely expecting to wake up with food poisoning.

Would not recommend, and would definitely never go here again. We should have walked out before she even brought our drinks. Awful experience. That waitress belongs nowhere near a job in the...

I could seriously cry with joy! I'm an avid foodie and just purchased a home down here. While driving down for the home inspection from the different state I am currently in, (along with me and someone else that went with me but would like not to have her name all over the net in some circumstances, but besides the point) we were busy during the day but found this in a quick Goog search just enough time so we stopped here. BEST DECISION IN my History of terrible decisions!!

I have NEVER eaten something so absolutely incredible! I truly can't wait to get down there and have breakfast, brunch, lunch, and anything else they can make. You truly just can't can't get enough of it all 💀🤤🥰 They are also, soo incredibly kind, and when it comes out, it's so perfect that you never have to ask them for any type of anything extra, ie; condiments (unless, of course you want xtra of something specific. Like me, for example, I'm a straight-up .... sloot for caramel!!! 💀😂) And they'll pile it on ♡ I can't wait to see these amazing humans again and their food, of course, and hopefully, I can become/make a friend and a be regular ♡ hahah crap, thats sounds more like a threat, my bad - Hopefully you're understanding what I'm layin' down ☺️

I promise, even if you are just passing through, you will Never regret nor Forget it ♡ you couldn't find a single bad thing here. So, STOP, Do NOT pass Go, supply your stomach and mental euphoria when you find them, do not Pass GO, and go directly to Cinnamon ♡

See you soon Cinnamon 😊...

There are just some places that you have to experience to believe. This was just one of those train wrecks.

I had issues with the service. The young server meant well, but I just wasn't able to deliver. We waited for literally everything, including paying the tab so that we could leave. When we finally inquired why we were being held hostage for the check, They let us know that they're not able to take payments at the moment because their register was locked or offline.

As far as the food, everything was cold other than the warm, soggy "French toast." It seemed the chef let everything sit while he warmed the egg batter that was absorbed into the bread. I ate a bit bite before realizing that I was eating warm raw egg! When I tried to flag, the young girl serving us It took several times of her passing me before finally, I raised my voice to get her. She did not ask me what I would like to do, but instead, she snatched the plate off of the table and quickly rushed it off to be remade. My table was done eating, and I certainly did not care to wait for another attempt, but I wasn't given a choice. No surprise, the second attempt was exactly the same...

This was, thankfully, the only all-around terrible dining experience we've had anywhere in years. We will not be back to this restaurant, no matter the...

What a surprise this place was we were driving through Mesquite from Vegas to Salt Lake and my husband really wanted crêpes so what did he do? He asked ChatGPT where to go for crêpes in Mesquite and we got the Cinnamon Café as a top recommendation after checking out their extensive menu online, we decided we’d better stop! The location is a little odd. We were wondering how a restaurant was tucked into this building, but there it was and Boy was it wonderful live music was playing, and we were taken care of quickly and kindly. My husband got his crêpes and I got a bacon avocado Benedict After a long debate about which Benedict I wanted! Both were so wonderful, large portion sizes. The syrup was warm. The whole thing was fantastic. Jackie has a great establishment and we wish her the best of luck. You’re missing out if you don’t try the Cinnamon Café!

Cinnamon Café truly impresses! The service is fast, efficient, and attentive, complemented by a large menu with excellent-tasting dishes. My breakfast burrito was amazing, as were my soulmate's banana and strawberry crêpes. Highly recommend!" Option 2 (Slightly more descriptive) "Cinnamon Café hits all the right notes: quick and attentive service, a diverse menu, and exceptional flavors. I thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast burrito, and my soulmate raved about the banana and strawberry crêpes. We "Wow, Cinnamon Café is a winner! From the moment we walked in, the service was fast, efficient, and wonderfully attentive. Their extensive menu offers fantastic choices, and everything tasted superb. My breakfast burrito was out of this world, and my friend’s banana and strawberry crêpes were equally incredible. You absolutely have to try it!

They have a large menu of breakfast, lunch and dinner items. Mexican dishes as a specialty. I had a Greek omelet which was delicious but small portions, eggs Benedict with bacon and avocado wAs my wife's choice and daughter got crepes with strawberries and cream. The food quality was good unique flavors. Pancakes were nothing special, just like anywhere else. The service was slow and brought out our plates at different times was a little cold. Waitress never filled out waters checked on us once when we were done. The prices are very high especially for breakfast items. 16.99 for an omelette with no meat is ridiculous. Worth a try if you got money to burn and don't mind slow service.
