Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Mesquite

This WILL be my last time at this store. I did and online order #7 Giant with xtra mayo xtra peppers and no onions. Pick it up and drive back home (30mins) just for me to open and see roast beef and provolone with peppers and onion. I called the store and ask for the manager, the lady said she was the manager so I began telling her what I ordered and what was made. She told me and I quote “ I remember that sandwich I personally made it and know what I put on it” I said well ma’am you couldn’t have made that sandwich unless the #7 changed to roast beef. She then said I know what comes on the #7 I’m aware of the ingredients after I was trying to tell her what she made was not my sandwich. So I the. Said I can come show you if you like, she then said “ you can come show me and prove me wrong on what I made with a very nasty attitude” so I drove back (30)mins walked in and a lady with green hair walked up to the register with her chest puffed out so I opened the sandwich and showed her what she claimed was the correct sandwich, asked for an apology and for the name and number of the manager. She never apologized for her mistake or rude and disrespectful behavior towards me over the phone. Her attitude was so nasty that I had to walk out of the store while my wife tried to explain to her how she was speaking to us especially being the manager. If I could give this store zero stars I would. But I put it on my life I will not be a return customer. She needs coaching and counseling for the rude and abrupt behavior she...

This by far has to be one of the worst stores Jimmy Johns has. I have ordered from other locations and they are always fast and the sandwiches are always good. It takes the place about an hour and a half to delivery a sandwich, This is my third time ordering from this location. I work overnight in ICU, which it is literally maybe 8 mins from the store, The first time they sat my food outside the door, these last two times they delivered my food to the wrong hospital, despite me having my address on the order where the hospital is at, as well as having my personal cell, and the hospital number which the call would go directly to me. After calling and speaking with Orlando the supervisor., he tells me that they close at 10 and that he can remake the order and have it delivered back out to me, but his driver is out doing two orders and that it will take about another hour or so to get my sandwich. I placed my order at 8:30. I guess this location missed the freaky fast sandwich delivery slogan, I would not recommend this location to anyone. Find another one. So thanks Jimmy johns now I have to sit in ICU taking care of patients for 12 hours without any food. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GO SOMEWHERE...

Going to start going to Jersey Mike’s from now on. This location is a little slow but that’s not the real issue. Today I picked up my order and included the make and model of my vehicle. I did not include the color however it is not mandatory to. This prompted the guy who brought my order out to make a small comment about it (not including the color). Why? I was literally the only make and model of my car in the parking lot at that time. Was also parked directly in front of the restaurant. I know it was not hard to find my car. The parking lot is not a dodge dealership, it’s just that a parking lot. Meaning I was parked next to many different cars and just to reiterate, I was the only make and model of my car at that time. And again parked directly in front. He said it was hard to find but walked out the door and straight to my car? I will not have this. I just need to know did it brighten your day to be that petty? Did it brighten your day to knit pick over nothing all? While you’re thinking on an answer to those questions I have another one....
