Order (7515282) I placed an online order for pickup at 5:48pm but the order wasn’t complete after fulfilled at 6:07pm.
My first experience was being asked to pull my vehicle to the front after going through the drive thru. I’m not sure why some fast food chains ask you to move from the line, on default, unless it’s to bypass a counter detailing how long your wait actually was.
The online order did detail specifics such as sauces and quantities as well as requesting that the order be checked for correctness and completion.
The order was brought out by a nice young guy —afterwards I was asked if I wanted any sauces (of which was not asked when I was at the window— my assumption was that the notes for the sauces and specifics was acknowledged beforehand).
He returned back inside with my order to add the sauces and another young lady had returned with the bag and requested that (I add that to my order?) I’m confused— since that was on my online receipt?
I left with what I thought was all things ordered but after returning home with my order— I had noticed the coleslaw was missing from the first meal. The unfortunate part is that it seems to be a reoccurring situation with missing item(s).
I also sadly ended up not eating the fish from the other meal as the consistency felt off— almost as if it wasn’t cooked fully.
I hope things improve for this location as it’s been in business for quite a while.

Read moreI’m an uber driver and today I was victim of racist for my pronunciation in English, from one of the managers. Just like any other day I went to the location to pick up an Uber order, I gave the name of the customer to the lady and asked if the order was ready. I could tell the lady was already frustrated and looked upset, I understand a lot of work can cause someone to feel that way, but there is ways to talk to people. She just stared to yell at me to go to the drive thru, but o told her I was only picking up an order, she continue to yell o told you you need to go to the drive thru and the order is not ready, I told her you do not need to yell at me, I just asked a question about the order I haven’t been disrespectful to you. Than instead of her apologize to me she continues to flick me off and told me to learn how to speak English first. Than another associate who was there told me to not pay attention to her. I told the lady I was going to report her with management. Which she reply that she was the manager and started laughing. I don’t think me or anyone deserve that type of treatment I’m just trying...
Read moreThe wait time at this location is ridiculous and I won’t be back. Why can’t they tell ppl to pull around and park? Telling ppl to pull up, blocks the damn exist if you get your food - like four weeks ago - or WANT to get your food like today. Today I didn’t get my food and I want my money refunded. I waited in line for over 15 minutes. Luckily, I was the last car in line and was able to back out. The line was long enough that I could see a car parked and waiting, further holding up the line. There’s a LJS near my work and NEVER once have I had to wait for my food, when I order thru the app. And, they have actual dedicated drive thru parking spots, thereby NOT holding up the line! Regardless, since I didn’t get shrimp and onion ring order today, they damn well better refund me my money. Worse LJS, EVER. And, why was the door locked at 11:30, when they open at 10am?
