First time visit for us. The food is fantastic. We are die hard lovers of that other BBQ place in town, but we really wanted to try RCP. I had the chopped beef sandwich, tacos and Mac & cheese. Way to much food for one person, but I couldn't make up my mind. I didn't get the BBQ mac & cheese because I wanted to try each on their own. The tacos are amazing! Honestly every thing I tried was fantastic. The owner gave me a jalapeƱo popper twinky, which they glaze with a Dr Pepper glaze. If you try it, just know that the heat sneaks up on you. It is yummy! Mac and cheese was also amazing, and I am super picky about mac and cheese. The brisket on my sandwich was cooked really well and had a great flavor. My husband got a pound of brisket and side of beans and he really enjoyed his food as well. I have to say why I am only giving it a 4 instead of a 5 despite how good the food is. No paper menu's, just QR codes, we're older and those QR codes are challenging for us. No salt and pepper shakers, you just get packets. Also, everything is al la cart, no dinner plates. Otherwise everything was fantastic. We will absolutely be back. We need to try the dessert next time. Oh and I forgot rhe atmosphere, older country music that doesn't blast you from your seats. We could hear it and enjoy it, but were still able to have a continuous conversation the entire time we were there. Give this place a try everyone, if you like BBQ you will love it. It also offers items you don't get at other BBQ places like the tacos...

The food here is goooood, we got the brisket, ribs and brisket nachos, which was a generous portion. The mac n cheese and corn were delicious. It was noticeable how attentive the waiters and other workers are as they wanted to make sure we were satisfied in all ways. We also got free drinks which was awesome, it was overall a great experience! In another time, I ordered online and it was hot and ready for pickup. Half ribs is 6 pieces which were beautifully glazed, delicious peppery taste with an undertone of bbq, half lbs jalapeƱo cheddar sausage is 2 nice-sized sausage links which was so delicious, with toasted bread, love their bbq sauce, unfortunately didnāt like their green beans and pinto beans, they tasted sour like they were soaked in vinegar or something, and the coleslaw is plain so Iād skip that, we really liked their potato salad, the meal also comes with pickles and onions. Easily will come back and bring family and friends. Yāall gotta...

The food, surroundings, vibe, did I mention the staff? Jen greets you the second you hit the door. Let's talk food. BBQ is their specialty, and it puts the special in specialty. The ribs were some of the best we've ever experienced, huge and if you could put Texas in a seasoning, they do. The side dishes, White Macaroni & Cheese. Borachio pinto beans, each home cooked recipe. Ok to top it off, the homemade Banana pudding, better than your Nanas. Possibly the literal best ever. So what am I forgetting? Oh I'm just getting started. $5 draft beers. And frozen margaritas with homemade Triple Sec syrup. Other things I need to tell are Sundays are $20 Full Rack of Ribs.
