The staff was HORRIBLE, my husband and I went thru the drive thru 9:50pm there was 4 cars infront by the time we pulled up to the speaker it was 10:25pm we noticed they were taking 1 order at a time. It was 10:30pm and still no response or anything “sorry for any inconvenience we are having difficulties on our end please give us a moment “ would have been nice to know something! Nobody was able to get on that speaker to say anything. We pull up to the window. Theres a young lady with long braids we ask to open the window she ignores us than we honk and she still ignores us. Until she finally decides to open the window i ask to speak to management she laughs walks away and “the manager “ comes to window with so much attitude I asked what is going on and she gets mad and says ugh i cant talk to these people it ain’t working for me right now tells the lady to handle us. 10:35pm not one person was polite enough to apologize or at least let us know what the situation is. Horrible customer service almost an hr to get your order put in. People was driving away. This has not been my first time here, and it’s always the same situation! I guess this has to go to the corporate office or someone higher to get some attention into this location and have PEOPLE THAT REALLY NEED A JOB and have management skills. Read moreI use to enjoy coming to this Whataburger. Not anymore! My experience this morning was truly a nightmare. I first was asked what my order was in the speaker by a rude and frustrated male who acted as though I was inconveniencing him. As I proceeded to drive up to the window, I was met by a young black male (never got his name) who addressed me as “Ma.” I told him how rude the person on the speaker was and he said their child may have been sick or other personal issues. I asked what did that have to do with providing good customer service. I was told they did not have eggs. After placing my order I then had to wait 15-20 minutes and listen to the “manager” have a conversation with her team while she used every curse word in her vocabulary. As I sat and waited, I watched another “employee” with a black and blonde braided ponytail down her back (with her masked pulled under her chin) sweep at the floor while leaning the broom against the food area. She also took her hand and wiped her nose while touching the paper French fry holder. The bag of food finally came and the order was wrong. Well needless to say when I reached into the plastic bags the order was placed in, the paper bags holding our food was moist. I asked for the manager and as she stood behind the young lady with the braid and look at me, I was asked by the braid lady what was wrong. Read moreI just went there for the first time of my life in the drive tru. I ordered burrito and hash brown and a bowl. The lady that took my order sounded like she hates her life. So when I got there my order was wrong! I have to return and even kindly ask again with my receipt that I got the wrong order. And she ask me if I’m missing the burrito only and I say all I know is that when I grab the first thing I knew I did not order a sandwich with chicken. So she said ok took the bag, my receipt and tell me that someone said he put it there I was like where? Then give it to me. So she anyways give me my burrito! Thanks for that but still argue with me about the bowl. And the worst part is that they started to talk about me and laugh. Make me wait half an hour until I honked and say maam I’m sick I want my refund and gossip a little more and almost trow the bag of the bowl to my husband . So unprofessional! Disrespectful and even non nesccesary! Why being so hurtful and trow to customers your anger and frustration. You don’t know me and at least show respect for customers because because of them we have a check to pay our bills! I also work in the food industry and it dosent matter if I’m ok or not!
