Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Mesquite

Not sure what's going on tonight @ this Sonic, we ordered 5 specials of chili cheese fries for $1, we waited at a not crowded sonic for 20 minutes watching 3 female workers talk, laugh, & dance, not a problem until our order came, I began eating the chili cheese fries to learn there was no chili 1/4 way through, called waitress back and asked where is the chili at first she was a deer in the headlights and then said "Oh" I will remake your order, we asked are you going to discard the food, she said yes and we said well don't we will keep those, she stated I can't. Long story short instead of remaking the order of 5 chili cheese fries, another female brought the same 4 left with added cheese. We asked that the order of 5 chili cheese fries be made fresh and less than 5 minutes the same 4 fries was returned instead of 5, They had the nerve to asked what happened to the 5th cheese Fries because only 4 was returned, after they made the order incorrect. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! SLOPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE...

Worst customer service. I spent 20 min waiting on a couple of drinks that I had did an order ahead in the app for. They lie and say they are on the way with the your order and the order isn’t even close to being pre. I buzzed in after 10 min and stated that I was still waiting on my order. The guy said absolutely nothing. I buzzed back 5 min later and asked for my or or a refund, the girl stated she would process my refund. I asked for a supervisor and some guy named Marcus came out, he said the drinks are backed up the money will be on your card in 2-3 days, and gave me my receipt. Maybe if their workers didn’t walk around with AirPods in and constantly checking their cell phones they would be able to serve the customer in a timely manner. I went to the sonic at 80 and beltline and got my drinks in under 5 minutes and that includes the time I placed my order and the girl didn’t walk to the car with AirPods in her ear checking...

I used to work at multiple location in the Arlington area. And I've gone to sonic frequently until I moved to mesquite. These two locations on Galloway and belt line are the worst. They are sloppy and just careless. I understand that some are franchises but you can take atleast keep the happy hour consistent throughout the thousands of locations. They are lucky I am not one of the secret shoppers because I would fail them hard. They scan the orders before they're even close to being ready just to keep there response time looking good. Idk how many times the screen said that the carhop is on their way but no action until 5 minutes later. The only thing keeping me coming are my kids because they like the breakfast burritos. Other than that ew gross. They're meat on their burgers are disgusting. They smother the kids meals witch mustard and ketchup so sloppy to where it's coming out...
