This would be zero if possible. On 1/24/21 i ordered 7 large pizzas online to be delivered at 3:45 so the the pizza would be hot when the kids were ready to eat. The Driver showed up at 2:45 before the kids had even arrived for the party. I asked him to please take them back because by the time the kids were ready to eat they would be cold. He said he would take them back and have the manager call me. Never heard from the manager at 3:45 the pizzas were not back at my location so i tried to call and check the status. I was sent to a call center who is no help at all. They try to get in touch with the store for you. The told me they store was not answering and they could not help me any further. About 4:00 the driver finally arrived. As soon as he pulled the pizzas out of the heated bad i could tell they were the same pizzas as before due to just how the boxes looked. I opened the pizzas in front of the driver and as is suspected they were the same pizzas he tried to deliver at 2:45. All pizzas were cold and you could tell immediately. I told the driver that these are the same pizzas as before he stated to me. i do not know i been doing deliveries. The only reason i accepted the pizzas was because the kids needed something to eat. The ticket showed that i was printed at 2:11 so that means by the time i got the pizza it was almost 2 hours old. The pizza was practically unate due to it being cold. I contacted the location after man calls to the useless call center i finally was able to speak to the location. The new manager on duty was very apologetic and said he would look into it and give me a call back. He did call me back and said that the Gm would have to give me a refund due to the fact that is was over 50 dollars. The Gm did not work on Sunday but he would contact me on Monday. I said will you be there monday so that you can pass on the info he said no i will be off but i will make sure he gets it. Well it is now 2/8/21 have not heard anything from the Gm about a refund at all. You Gm cant contact me but you can send me surveys and emails asking about my experience. I fill your surveys and still no response. What a way to enjoy you daughter 13 bday with cold pizza. Thanks Pizza hut for not responding or making a attempt to fix...

I ordered my pizza at 9:40p and when 11p came I called to check status on my order, the first 3 times I called it rang so many times that it automatically disconnected!!! I called again for the 4th time and someone finally answered and he stated he would check on my order and he put me on hold over 10 minutes and it "disconnected". I tried calling back over and over and over again from my phone and my spouses phone and NO ONE ANSWERED!!! finally i got frustrated and got in my car and drove to the store!! I get there and no one is at the check out counter, and there is an employee on his phone in the back and I hear chattering in the back, I say "hello and excuse me" until one lady comes and I let her know I am checking on my order and I was put on hold for over 10 minutes and no one ever answer and it hung up on me, though she did not even let me finish telling her, she interrupted me and rudely asked for my name, I told her I wanted to speak to the manager and sadly she stated she was the manager!! She was rude and unprofessional!!! It wasn't until i asked for her district managers name that she suddenly changed her tone of voice!! This store is HORRIBLE!!! i have ordered from here multiple time with hopes each time that this time it will be better and its not!!!! I have co workers (as I work close by) who have also ordered from here who have had similar experiences while trying to place pizza order for lunch! this is the last time i will order from here!!! Read moreFor the third time in a row my pizza has been delivered incorrectly. I wanted to try your new Tavern Ultimate pizza last night and instead I got a under cooked, never cut, meat pizza. I ordered it in a large and I was given a medium. I ordered a second pizza in a medium meat lovers and it was a large. I ordered cheese bread and it was sent without the marinara sauce. When I called the store, the male that answered and represented himself as the manager refused to give his name, refused to remake the pizza and told me I could only get a credit for future orders. However, he was happy to share that the RDM's name was Andrea and that she would be in on Friday and I can call her if I had a problem. Multiple times I asked for his name and he refused stating that he was not going to give me his name and that he didn't want to hang up on me, so if I had nothing else to say then I could call Andrea this morning. This is really bad service and I don't know what it is going to take to clean this location up, but the employees have bad attitudes, they are unprofessional and the food is never made correctly.
