I live right down the street. I would have given a 5 star. I love this place. Prices went up but food is good. Today I opened my Gordita plate/ steak that I always buy . Iā€™ve ordered this probably 75 times. Today I had a hair mixed in with the meat. Wasnā€™t mine. Wasnā€™t my family. I had to throw it out. Made me so sad. I wonā€™t be going back. I will miss this place. I didnā€™t order the hairy Gordita plate. Thank you for all the other great...

Given wrong order and not able to return to store. Requested partial refund for order and told that no one speaks English after the whole conversation was in English. Employee(female) placed phone down expecting me to hang up and never came back to help. Service used to be great but has gone completely downhill. Will...
