Babyyyyy the way I was GAGGED from the parking lot???!!!

As soon as I pulled up, the music was bumpin’ so hard I thought I accidentally drove into a day party — but no ma’am, it was just Supreme Beauty doing what they DO. The vibe? Immaculate. The energy? Unmatched. The moment I walked in, I was greeted like royalty. Not one associate had an attitude — even the videographer was speaking and smiling like we were cousins at the cookout!

Now let’s talk about the CEO… ICONIC. I had the best convo with him the moment I stepped foot inside. He was personable, kind, knowledgeable — like sir?? You better know your inventory and your clientele! I asked questions and he gave real answers with care, not attitude.

And don’t get me STARTED on the hype woman they hired! She needs a raise, a mic, and a throne. She was hyping everybody up like we were walking a runway, not an aisle. You’re not shopping, you’re stepping into your main character era here.

The product selection? Chef’s kiss. I found color combinations that I normally have to mix myself — like?? Supreme Beauty said, “We got you, sis.” Everything is organized, stocked, and giving Black girl luxury.

This is more than a beauty supply store. It’s an experience. A movement. A whole cultural reset.

It's new, huge and definitely a lot of products Some items not too expensive and some were higher than others, but that's supply and demand. My issue was the TREATMENT!!!!!!!!! I walked in with my son and w/in a couple minutes noticed a guy following us, pretending to be on his phone after I noticed him. At 1st figured ok it's just him waiting on his wife but when I repeatedly saw him going down the horizontal aisles, WATCHING us, I started to get very annoyed. Look I understand loss prevention measures & theft happens. However, to continued follow us n be a nuisance, leads to believe that you don't want my money there. I went ahead and spend my little $89. And I was still looking for other items but the situation really killed the mood. I believe in giving opportunities to all big and small. I'm sure,my less than $100 tab, didn't cause a dent in what they'll get being in the area they're in. I will take my money to the other big beauty supply that has all the same, next to Rooms to Go or any where else. With all the technology out there, there is definitely other ways to do loss prevention without the annoying lurker or making patrons feel...

As soon as I pulled up to Supreme Beauty, the music was playing, the energy was high, and I already knew I was in for a good experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed. Every associate spoke to me as I passed by, and even the videographer was super friendly and personable.

The CEO happened to be at the front and we had an amazing conversation — he answered all of my questions, made me feel comfortable, and genuinely cared about my experience. That type of service is rare these days, and it did not go unnoticed.

I also loved the hype woman they had in store hyping everyone up — she was so sweet and kept the energy fun without doing too much. You can tell they care about creating a positive, uplifting atmosphere for their customers.

The product selection is amazing, especially the hair color combos — they carry blends that I usually have to mix myself, so it felt like they really understood what customers are looking for.
