Worst Taco Bell Experience Ever!”

I don’t know what happened at this Taco Bell, but it was like walking into a fast food horror show. First off, the place smelled like a mix of burnt tortillas and regret. I thought I was going to get a delicious Taco Bell experience, but what I got was the sad, cold remains of what might have once been food. My taco was a soggy mess, as if it had been dipped in a pool of regret. The meat? It tasted like it had been sitting out since the last time they “cleaned” the grill—months ago.

The service? Don’t even get me started. I felt like I was being judged by the cashier, who probably wanted to tell me I made the worst decision of my life by coming here. When I asked for mild sauce, they gave me hot sauce. I don’t know if they were testing me or just messing with me at this point.

I don’t even want to talk about the nachos. Let’s just say, I’ve seen more chips in a 1-star bag of snacks than I got in that bowl.

I walk into this Taco Bell, politely order our food and when asked by the cashier "for here or to go" and I said for here, the Caucasian middle aged male cashier says "ofcourse you would why would this place stay clean" so I said wait what, did you say something to me and he proudly says YEAH WHY WOULD THE INSIDE STAY CLEAN, I iust cleaned it". It was 9:05 pm and the inside closes at 10:00 pm. I am a grown 35 year old physician travelling WITHOUT MY KIDS so did that put me in the category of a mess maker? Either the man was racist or just not in love with his CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB. I asked for the manager, he gets a lady who was making the food and says "Don't worry go back, I did say what this man is saying and I said it because I did just clean all tables." I'll remember this particular store and will post it on social media and maybe even see if the local news wants to secretly walk into this store at 9:00 or 9:30 pm to see if they get the...

40 mins for one stacker...We had to fight tooth and nail over forgotten food that was clearly on the receipt, we were given a horrible attitude and to top it all off we still didn't get all our food because we decided that it just wasn't worth it to give them over an hour of our time for cold food. Literally robbery. And above all else they're unsanitary, it's not clean at all and their own store manager reuses the same gloves she makes everyone's food with, with the time we've spent being there we watched her touch every surface possible and tap on her phone with the same pair of gloves on, absolutely disgusting. If I wasn't broke and didn't have a family to feed I would never go here but unfortunately I'm out of luck...Also locking their door during lunch time just so they can exclusively get drive through orders for extra lee way to slack off is highly unprofessional and honestly...
