I've had to pleasure of visiting many Chipotle locations over the years. I won't hesitate to say this location is by far the worst I've visited. By worst, I'm talking about service and leadership. Don't waste your time ordering online, drive through, or take out. Look at the recent reviews for yourself and filter out the misleading local guide, generic 5-star ratings.
The employees don't care, and take their time. To give you an idea, there was a line of 12 people ahead of us and the line moved down to 9 people after over 30 minutes, reason being that they were trying to fill some online orders in between each customer. Many people waiting from all aspects. One delivery driver complained he waited over an HOUR for an order which was placed over an hour and a half earlier, and had to leave because he will miss his night classes. During this same experience another guy complained that they messed up his online order for the second time!
There is no good example of leadership, and the GM is lazy, always giving excuses, and not helping where help is needed - he is just looking around, wandering like he's doing something important, and taking care of menial tasks. It didn't always use to be like this. It was always clean, but now there's cross- contamination and supplies were out. Nothing is managed well, and even the food quality is bad with small portions. Read moreI recently had a continuous disappointing experience at Chipotle, which left much to be desired. The staff I encountered displayed a surprisingly rude attitude throughout my visit, making the overall ambiance less than welcoming. When it came to portion sizes, particularly with the chicken, I was given what could only be described as half-spoons, significantly less than what one would expect for the price paid.
Moreover, when I inquired about a law enforcement discount, which I knew was available from previous visits, the staff member flatly stated they didn't offer such a discount, without bothering to double-check with a manager. This was particularly frustrating, as I've received the discount before at this very location by simply asking for a manager to confirm. It's disheartening when staff are not fully informed about the policies and discounts their establishment offers.
Given these experiences, I would recommend anyone considering this Chipotle to instead visit the one in Clearview, which is only an 8-minute drive away. The service there has consistently been more accommodating and the staff more knowledgeable and courteous. It's unfortunate, but for the time being, I'll be taking my business to the Clearview location where the service better aligns with the quality Chipotle...
