We visited VIVI Bubble Tea while we were in New Orleans, and everything, from drinks to food, was delicious! I would definitely recommend it! Location: The general location of VIVI Bubble Tea isn't difficult to find because it's across from Lakeside Shopping Center, but if you're not paying attention, you can definitely miss it. There weren't many parking spaces available at VIVI, but you can find parking at the mall or surrounding areas. The interior is cute, so make sure you take pictures with the backsplash! Price: The things we ordered were moderately priced — it wasn't too expensive, but it wasn't so cheap either. Food: The quality of the food and drinks was good. The drinks had enough flavor, and they went well with the food we ordered. The Popcorn Chicken tasted pretty good yet not as distinct as I would like it. The Takoyaki Balls were tasty. I would definitely visit again if I'm ever in the area. Aside from being in a cramped area, everything was great. Everything inside was cute and clean.

Delicious without the extra sodium. The bbq sausages were hot, slightly sweet, and delicious. Ordering was quick and easy, and they had my order hot and ready, when I got there. Cute atmosphere.

This is THE best boba I have ever had. Every time I go to a new city and try a new place, Vivi in Metarie is the gold standard I compare it to. Not to be dramatic, but if this place ever closes I will slip into a coma and never recover.

The boba is always PERFECTLY chewy. Every time. I swear they face achieved a 6 sigma level of consistency at this place, and I don’t know how they do it.

I also just really love how rich their milk tea is. It’s always a perfect level of sweetness for me.

If I’m in the mood for something more decadent, I love their flaming brown sugar boba. It’s what I usually recommend to first time visitors.

The popcorn chicken is also phenomenal! I love the curry...

Amazing place! Hands down the best boba in New Orleans (and honestly the whole area)! The prices are super fair, and after trying boba in different states and even other countries, this is still the one spot my husband and I can’t get enough of.

The staff is always friendly and quick to help—customer service like that is rare these days. Plus, their rewards program gets you free drinks (and who doesn’t love free drinks đŸ„ł).
