I’m very disappointed in the way this play area is managed. I can’t speak as to the actual play area as I’ve never been allowed inside. We attempted to play on a Sunday afternoon which I do realize is a busy time, but it is when I’m available to take my granddaughter. We arrived during cleaning and were rudely told that they probably wouldn’t be finished until after 2:30 because “people don’t listen”. (FYI if you would have made an announcement I think people would listen.) We returned at 2:45 to be told they were full and the next opening was 3:30. No other instructions were given. We returned at 4:00 to be told we had missed our session...when I said “but you said return at 3:30” I was rudely told “well it IS 4....”I looked confused... and was then told sessions were 25 minutes. If I had been told this I would have returned exactly at 3:30-I assumed sessions were an hour-again with an eye roll the attendant pointed to a sign I had not seen and honestly couldn’t read from the door where we were stopped. I really just expect a little curtesy and some direction. I understand it is a free play area but please just give people some respect. Maybe to the general instructions listed outside the entrance it should be added that during busy times etc etc....we did read that before we...

As we waited on our reservation time another lady with the same reservation time came up to the play area and she told her “go ahead and go in” although we had 15 more minutes until our 2pm reservation time; she was very firm that we needed to wait until 2pm but let the other customer walk right on in although she had the same reservation time as us. When this occurred I glanced at her and she said “I guess y’all can come on in” in a very dismissive, irritated tone of voice. My mom and I were told we couldn’t go in with my son because we didn’t have socks and 10 minutes later I see a mother playing with her children without socks. When I said something about this situation she made a joke about it. Felt very unwelcome....
