I will be completely honest, I was a bit skeptical considering the price and that it was a chain. I came in on a slow Wednesday, we selected the four pack box. We chose the peppermint cupcake, Twix,Waffle and Toffee. I did not make it home before I decided to try it, the texture on the exterior of the cookie is it like the texture of a perfectly baked artisan bread. That nice crunch that you’re looking for but the interior is so soft and practically melts in your mouth. I am now going to be a frequent customer, it will be my cheat food for the week. Hey not to mention, the customer service was outstanding, the woman there checked in with us before we left to make sure that the order was right. I highly recommend this place, and I cannot wait for my kids to get home so that they can try their cookie.

I ordered a four pack through the Crumbl app. When I arrived at the store, I noticed that the menu screen said that one of the cookies I had ordered, Chocolate Cupcake, was sold out. The app had not said the cookie was sold out when I ordered, and no employee told me that one of my items was sold out, so I assumed that the cookie had sold out after I had placed my order. An employee gave me my order and I left. When I got home and opened the box, I saw that I had been given a plain cookie (which is clearly Chocolate Cupcake without the frosting). I am really disappointed that I was not told by an employee that one of my cookies was sold out, and that I wasn't given the chance to swap it for another flavor instead. Won't be returning to the Methuen location.

Huge THANKS to James and his team at Crumbl. Their team supplied over 250 Crumbl cookies to St. Monica School in Methuen, Massachusetts making Catholic Schools Week extra special for our students. Our students and staff enjoyed devouring these exceptionally large and legendary cookies. Not only were these cookies delicious, but it was delivered on time and still warm!!! Extremely impressed working with Crumbl. In addition, James, the owner, conducted himself professionally and with great generosity. I would recommend any organization looking for a sweet treat to work with James and his team at Crumbl Methuen. You will not be disappointed. St. Monica School will continue working with Crumbl. It is now our #1 cookie connection!!!

The cookies are huge and I'll give them an A+ on presentation and how quick you get the cookies after placing an order. Been here twice and as much as I would really like to love this place the taste of these cookies is not anything out if this world and all the cookies I've bought are not fully baked. Idk if that's a thing they are going for or if it's meant to be like that but I personally don't enjoy eating a half baked cookie. Either give me the fully baked cookie or give me the cookie dough but don't give me both. Cookies don't have a phenomenal flavor for the price you're paying for, tastes like flour and whatever topping they have on top. Will I recommend this place, probably not.

I've been wanting to try this place for awhile now and finally decided to drop my to grab some cookies for a Thanksgiving dessert. They were out of the pumpkin cookie which was the one I was looking most forward to so that was a bummer, but we did manage to get chocolate chip, peach cobbler, salted caramel cheesecake and oatmeal chocolate chip. Aside from the peach cobbler one being much smaller than the others, the cookies were truly delicious. Kind of expensive, but they are a good size cookie! Definitely worth it for a special occasion or a fun outing. Staff was very nice and hard at work, cookies were fresh and warm. We will be back to try other flavors in the future!

I thought I had had crumbl cookie before and wasn't too impressed but I was definitely mistaken! This cookie was sooo good! And it's huge! Had to break it in half lol everything about it was good.. taste texture presentation in point. Will definitely be going back
