I went in today for the first time and it was quiet and clean, and had sanitizing stations everywhere. The bakers were all wearing masks correctly and they were hard at work. The person who made a comment about the lack of social distancing may not realize that in any work environment, people do not necessarily need to social distance if they are wearing masks etc.
I ordered the lava cookie and though I am not a fan of chocolate dough based cookies, this was the only one I wanted to try. I was not disappointed. The cookie is about three to four inches in diameter and is delicious! It was not overly sweet, and it tasted homemade, not like it was from a mix or anything.
I bake big batches of multiple kinds of cookies from scratch every year around Christmas, so I know how time consuming and expensive it can get. Yes, Crumbl cookies are a bit pricey, but I figure if I can help a small business succeed during these times, I can afford a $4 treat on a special occasion once in a while.
I wish the owners and people of Crumbl much success and when I open my own business, I will be sure to support them...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWow, I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by Crumbl Cookies in Methuen. I was a bit skeptical at first because it's a chain, but I have to admit that the cookies were amazing! They were soft and fresh, and they just melted in my mouth. My family loved them too.
The cookies at Crumbl Cookies are huge! One cookie is easily big enough for two or even three people to split. I also loved that they rotate flavors, so each week they have a new lineup of specialty cookies to try. It's such a fun idea, and the quality of the cookies is top-notch.
I also have to give a shoutout to the customer service at Crumbl Cookies. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they made the whole experience even better. I appreciate good customer service, and they definitely delivered.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Crumbl Cookies to anyone who loves cookies. They're easily some of the best cookies I've ever had, and I can't wait to go back and try...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDrove 40 minutes away for these cookies because my friends had said they were awesome. the place was super cute and the employees were so sweet. The sea salt toffee cookie was amazing and huge but as for the rest I wasnāt a fan. Half of them didnāt taste cooked all the way. The strawberries and cream short bread fell apart and was super dry. I was most excited for the peach cobbler as itās my favorite fruit. It came in a super cute little pie tin and the flavor was great would be a great fall dessert. However while eating it I bit Into something hard and tried to bite it again thinking it was a but of some kind but. It hurt my tooth so I spit it out and it was a whole half of a peach pit. Thatās really not safe and sort of ruined the cookie for me. Overall the idea and concept of the store is cute. I like the new flavors every week but $16 for 4 cookies that arenāt cooked, are bland and almost break your teeth just isnāt really...
