5 Stars If you’re anywhere near Metter, Rolly’s Taqueria is an absolute must. This place is a hidden gem with BIG flavor—authentic, fresh, and made with love. The tacos are out of this world (especially the birria and al pastor!), the portions are generous, and the prices are beyond fair.

What really sets Rolly’s apart is the warmth and hospitality—every visit feels like you’re being welcomed into someone’s home. The food comes out fast, hot, and always on point. Whether you’re passing through or a local, this is the spot you’ll find yourself craving again and again.

I found out about this place 2 years ago when I started working in Metter and let me tell you!!! I live about 20 minutes from this place and its Hands down one of my most favorite restaurants to eat at! The food is delicious, I always get either the chicken quesidilla with everything on it or steak quesidilla the same way but the chicken quesidilla is by far my favorite. The staff is always welcoming and friendly as well. The prices are great , the food is authentic! My only complaint is that you don't have a store location in statesboro lol! If you build it i promise you'd have a ton...
