My major issue here the majority of the time is with the service, within this specific location, as well as those elusive customer service agents which you must jump through every hoop imaginable in order to speak to if something is wrong during or immediately following your visit. Not even a full week ago, I tried to place a mobile order on their app. No less than 5 times I was faced with a prompt that the order couldnt be processed and to try again later. By this time, my kids were becoming very ill and exhaused, so we gave up our quest for Zaxby's chicken tenders and moved on. The following day, I realize that not only did they charge me for food I never received, in spite of the order "failing to be transmitted" into their system, they somehow managed to multiply that charge by 3, removing approximately $18 and change from my card's balance. I immediately contacted the "customer service division", which consisted of having to submit the SAME complaint about 4 times before I was finally redirected to the right form. I submit THAT ONE, triggering a popup window, thanking me for my feedback with the loosely defined promise that someone would be in touch. And when the email came through, it was sure enough a customer service person, informing me (and admittedly, I AM paraphrasing here) that I'm SOL unless... I can just figure it out on my own or the charges drop off on THEIR own. If yall think I'm overreacting, and it's ONLY $18... well I'm a single mom of 3... and $18 is the difference in getting my kids back and forth to school at the end of the week, or one of my kids having field trip money... either way, it was a blatant act of robbery with no inclination whatsoever to remedy what they'd...

She was working with a guy named Brandon who took my payment but they were working the window together she is actually the one that took my order and gave me all kinds of grief when I asked a simple question. You would think when asking how long it will take to change fries to onion rings or to just add onion rings to my order that it wasn't grounds for a nuclear meltdown and attack by the little 4 foot child. And then she left me a nasty little note written on a napkin hidden in my food...lol.. what's so funny is that when I pulled up to the drive-thru window after placing my order in getting beheaded, is that she stood sideways with more of her back towards the window and had Brandon Ashley take my payment and give me my food and she never turned around enough for me to see her whole face or a name tag and just stood there like she didn't know anything about anything LOL but, the upside is, the food was excellent. After going through all that and then finding the note written to me, I totally expected to find some issue with my food. But it was actually one of the best cook Zaxby fingers meals I've ever had. So thanks for that lol that was rating on food it would be a 5 but this particular visit I'm giving the one-star strictly because of the girl in the Drive-Thru ruining my night in my long drive...
Read morePeople should check there food. It might not be all there. In my case they left out over 30.00 worth of food. Then Mr.Ray said he'd write it in his book for my next time. Then 2 weeks later I called out there and told them his name. But I used the wrong name. As Melissa said she'd check . I heard crew members saying I was lying and people did it all the time. I politely told another manager. I have money to pay for my food. But if they wouldn't messed up the first time. I wouldn't have to be going out there for the 2nd time to get it.. Now once I get there 15mins after my phone call. Me and another car was line. Nobody inside the restaurant. Then we both had to wait to order. Then as if the window attendee didn't really care for what I said about sauces. He tells me to pull forward. 4 mins later he comes out with 2 bags of food and ask me what I ordered. 4mins and he forgot. Then finally after waiting I got my food. No apologies for being called a liar. I get home to find my sauces are wrong. Looked like 10 people working and can't get it right. Also to include they had people in the parking area waiting on food. This is getting really ridiculous with these kids not learning proper skills. Just a play ground for them to make...
