Taco Bell and KFC in one location? How can you be that?

Obviously you really can't except ...

I did spend quite a few minutes setting up an online order to find out when I went to place the order I could not place the order at the Taco Bell at which I was sitting in the parking lot. I could place it at one about 15 mi away but that wasn't terribly convenient. So I decide I will pull up to the window and just place an order old school. Oh yeah and because I didn't place the order online I didn't get the free offer thing which was apparently online only along with the pricing for the $5 meal deal box which was, yes, online only.

The mayo cost me twice with it would have if I've been able to place the online order which did bother me a bit but not as much as it did when I pulled up to place my order and the sign in front of me said please come inside for a mobile order pickup. At this point my mind was filled with bewilderment. Oh in my pocketbook wasn't quite as full as it had been because ... yeah I paid twice as much. But the bewilderment continued when I found out my order was placed correctly but wasn't correct and so instead of getting what I thought I was getting I got a little bit less so I would probably just guesstimating I paid 125% more than the online order...

I was at the Tacobell in Metter on March 25th at 7:42PM and experienced the worst service I had ever seen. I am a vegetarian and ordered quesadilla with black beans. And I got beef instead. My husband took the food to the counter to show the product, and requested to correct the mistake. And the girl on the till was kind enough to get us another ordered in. Then the lady (orange curly hair, cause she refused to tell me her name or call a manager for me) came up and shouted at my husband for bringing the food back. It was extremely rude and humiliating. I had to go up and ask if I could speak to a manager and she said that the manager stepped out for a moment. It was the absolute worst experience and I will never come back to this place.

I have never experienced such treatment at any restaurants before and am surprised that this kind of behavior is permissible at this location.

By far THE WORST Taco Bell I have ever eaten at, and that sucks because I live in this community. The food is terrible and the management is terrible. My chicken taco supremes had 5 small pieces of chicken on them, no sour cream, no tomatoes, and about 2 tablespoons of cheese... AGAIN. I feel like the owner of the franchise is cutting corners by having employees not prepare the food correctly to make higher profits. In addition to this, employees request you to park versus waiting at the window in an effort to improve their service rating. I believe the staff are only doing what they are trained to do and all of the responsibility falls on to the shoulders of management and franchise owner. Glaring issues have been happening at the Metter location for years with no response when I reach out to corporate. Such a shame when they could just run the location properly as the majority of other...
