The lady Tina who’s at the cashier was very unprofessional and didn’t know how to manage her computer system. I placed an ordered for a two wraps and a mismo soup with some drinks and I paid $26.15 I got home my chicken burrito was cold I called to ask for a refund and she was like no I can make a new one I took the food back and this lady had the audacity to show me her caller id with a number that didn’t match mine and said I called before and I place my order at 6:12pm and picked it up at 6:20pm I went back she said she refunded me money and couldn’t print the voided receipt that I have to wait one week and than charge me again $16.55 and I gave her another card because the card I used for declined her cause the money from the first transaction didn’t go through yet. The receipt that was stapled on the bag for $20 so I went back inside and showed her my bank app how much she charged before and I wanted to make sure she refund me back the full $26.15 since she charged me again and I gave her another card. I asked to speak to her manager she didn’t let me. She called and her manager couldn’t even guide her how to print out a voided receipt. I tried giving them another try after the first bad experience but this time I will not go back nor recommend this place it’s better to go to the mall and get better service...
Read moreJust ordered a beef and chicken bento box today for lunch with the chicken dumplings. The chicken dumplings were actually quite tasty. The beef they use is not a piece of real steak like it's supposed to be, they use cheese steak meat so it tastes like you're eating a cheese steak. Actually it tastes more like hamburger helper because the teriyaki sauce does not taste like teriyaki, I should know, I teriyaki chicken and beef at home all the time. The chicken they use is not white but dark meat, and that's excusable if only the teriyaki sauce didn't taste like hamburger helper. The side salad that comes in the bento box was so shredded, it was like coleslaw. The dressing they put on top is so salty, you can use it to melt ice off your front porch steps in January. The California roll pieces were actually good, although a little on the small side. I would order from Sushi Suzuki which is just up the street, don't waste your money here. They know what they're doing, food is 10x better even though you pay a...
Read moreUpdate as of april 30th 2024.: they have completely changed for the better. The portions are back to the original amount. They are no longer using the cheapest possible utensils.
They used to give decent portions but just like any take out joint, you can tell they are starting to reduce portions and little things like utensils. I get better utensils at a McDonalds, you may think that may be asinine to complain about, but when the fork is so cheap that it bends under weight of a little bit of rice and chicken and you lose the bite, you know its starting to get real cheap.
This is usually what happens to asian led takeout joints when the owners are more interested in cash flow than providing actual good...
