I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and I paid for it. A moment later I noticed that none of the staff were wearing their masks and they were yelling over at each other and talking endlessly while preparing the food. Given the recent spike in covid hospitalizations, I was disgusted and immediately asked to cancel my order (it was not even made yet). I cited the mask issue as the reason for the cancellation of the order. But the lady at the counter waved me away and told me to get lost. I can’t begin to explain how rude and disrespectful she was. She refused to issue a refund for the bagel. I had to call the police and while I was on the phone with the agent the cashier changed her mind and decided it’s probably better to give me a refund and so she did. She took the refund receipt and literally threw it in my face. Please protect yourself. This is a dangerous place. Do NOT come here. The people that work here are quite awful and they don’t seem to respect their customers at all. It’s also a shame for them because they’ve lost my business forever and I come in...
Read moreThe staff were friendly, but I got the wrong drink when I ordered a frozen chocolate. I told them, but they insisted it was what I asked for. Then they said they didn't have frozen chocolate, which left me wondering why they made something else. I tried ordering through the app, which said they had frozen chocolate. I found this odd because the worker said otherwise. Anyways, I order but still no drink after waiting for 10 minutes. One worker said it was almost ready, but another had to start making it from scratch when I asked again. It was busy, but I was in a hurry because my Uber was waiting. I ended up leaving without my drink and I had nothing to drink. The language barrier with the workers made things harder, and I noticed other customers were also having issues with their orders. Even my friend didn't get the right drink. I’m very upset about what happened and I have never had such a bad experience at a dunkin location. I don’t want the workers to get in trouble, but I feel as if the manager should do a better job at keeping...
Read moreI first have to say that I do not have any sort of issue with Jewish people and their religion. I'm giving this Dunkin a one star because all of Dunkin's well known breakfast sandwiches are either completely missing or butchered here because of the whole Kosher thing. There are no signs whatsoever outside saying that this Dunkin follows Kosher guidelines. Miami Beach is clearly known for having a heavy concentration of tourists like myself and over half of us are not into the whole Kosher thing. A lot of us eat pork, sausage, bacon, etc often. We want Dunkin for breakfast because we already know Dunkin is a safe option. I enter this particular Dunkin however to see that the only option is veggie bacon which is absolutely freaking disgusting like I'm sorry to be so blunt. PLEASE put multiple signs up outside letting people know that your Dunkin does not sell sausage and real bacon breakfast...
