Fresh is one of those spots that banks on its location more than its quality. It’s convenient if you’re hanging out by the pool or beach at the Fontainebleau, but beyond that, it’s hard to justify the price or the overall experience.

The service was pretty hit or miss—slow, forgetful, and borderline uninterested at times. Definitely not what you’d expect from a high-end resort. And the prices? Completely over the top. A small vanilla milkshake set me back $19. Yes, nineteen dollars—for a milkshake that wasn’t even anything special. That alone had me doing a double take.

That said, I will give credit where it’s due: the beachside service itself was solid, and the chicken tenders were actually really good—crispy, flavorful, and probably the only thing I’d order again.

Spent $100 after arriving at Fontainebleau on July 9th, 2019. Majority of our food order was good. Waited extremely long for our order. I asked one of the workers if she knew the status of my order and she just hunched her shoulders and said she don’t know. I asked her if she could find out and she IGNORED me. I asked for her manager and she just pointed at the guy. At the same time he called my husbands name for our order.

Since the place was over crowded we grabbed our food and went back to our room. To find out that both my husband and I chicken breast sandwiches were dry and did not have bacon which it suppose to have. In addition, they gave us both fries when I asked for a salad with my sandwich.

Amazing time this past weekend at the FBH but better was the bakery right before pool exit that not only had the best Roasted Portobello red Pepper panini and the best manager that accommodated our request at all cost. We ate there breakfast, lunch and dessert time. The cherry cheesecake gelato is spectacular haven’t seen it anywhere else before. All employees were so kind and greet you with a smile.
