Soho Beach House — Restaurant in Miami Beach

Give the wrong person a walky talky and a title, and they think they are some sort of dictator. I am referring to Felipe, the security kid, and his fool of a manager. I had a run-in with these two bananas while checking out the Italian restaurant that is situated in the hotel. At about 4:30 p.m., I walked in the front entrance through the lobby and did not find a restaurant. I then started heading back towards the front when I was stopped by this person, Felipe. He asked to see my bracelet, and I showed him. He said you are from the Fontainebleau . I said yes that's correct he said, "You can not be here. You must leave now." I told him I was looking for the restaurant to bring my family. He wanted to see my key card from his hotel. I don't think his English language skills were up to par. He wanted me to exit on to the beach. I told him I came in through the front, we're my wife, and two adult sons were waiting. He said NO, this way onto the beach. As he purposely blocked my path. I told him to call the manager. They talked to each other in Spanish, which I could not understand. Then said, that way, towards the lobby. I found his manager, where he was horsing around with the young women at the front desk. I explained that his man Felipe is very rude and unprofessional. He was just as rude and tried to divert the conversation, making a comment two times that I was pointing my finger in the wrong direction. He was just being a total jerk To be clear. I am a 62 year old man , I was well dressed, clean cut, and polite. I have traveled all over this planet and have enjoyed dinner out at thousands of restaurants. Yes, I have run into dirt bombs in the past, but these two fools at this place take the cake. He could have directed me to the restaurant instead of getting abusive.This hotel or whatever it claims to be is number 1 on my shift list. I believe this place needs to hire some intelligent adult people, clean up their act, and get rid of these two illiterate individuals. In addition, do you think the employees at The Fontainebleau are being rude and ejecting people from The Soho? No, they are not, but ...
