Absolutely horrendous service with mediocre food. We came in on a Sunday night excited to eat and were immediately stunned by a 10 minute wait for waters, let alone service. A table seated after us was quickly served whilst we were seemingly ignored. We quickly got our drinks but our food was slow to arrive, despite a near empty restaurant. My plate, the Chicken Cacciatore, looked like someone had just thrown on the vegetables, sauce and chicken and sent it out. The chicken was dry and despite how hungry I was, impossible to eat. My friend took the Vodka Rigatoni. The plate promised peas and pancetta mixed in with the pasta, yet arrived with nothing but the pasta and the sauce- resembling a child’s pasta plate. Furthermore, we had to wait 10 minutes for the waitress to even come and check if my friend wanted parmesan on her pasta (despite immediately offering it to a table near us), and even then she nearly forgot. After neither of us had really touched our plates and had pushed them away from us, our waitress never even bothered to help after we told her we weren’t happy with our plates and didn’t even pick up the plates until we called her over to reiterate that we were done. With a built in service charge of 20% it was clear to us that she cared more to tend to other clients. Very unfortunate experience. I would absolutely not recommend this restaurant to anybody and would even suggest avoiding it.

Unfortunately, our visit to Mirabella Coastal Italian was a major disappointment and not at all what we expected from a restaurant with such upscale pricing. We ordered one appetizer, one main course (a simple spaghetti with just tomato sauce), one kid’s portion of spaghetti, two glasses of wine, and a bottle of sparkling water. To our surprise, the total bill came to $175. For that amount, you expect a high-quality dining experience with refined dishes and thoughtful presentation — but that was far from the case. The food was very basic, lacking depth and flavor. The spaghetti with tomato sauce was something you could easily make at home in minutes, with no special ingredients or care that would justify the price. Even the portions were on the small side. While the service was polite, it didn’t make up for the overall lackluster experience or the excessive cost. In short, Mirabella left us feeling underwhelmed and overcharged. There are far better options for Italian cuisine where you actually get value for your Money

In one word : WOW! Chef Michael White hits another deniable home run with his newest restaurant in Miami. The theme is coastal Italian and boy does it transport you to his that! No matter what you order from the menu, you’re basically guaranteed a feast of flavor. Some of the most notable dishes were: *Tuna Tartare (with shaved black truffle) *Lobster Burrata (this recipe got Chef Michael two Michelin stars in NYC) *Agnolotti pasta (ahem, ALL their pasta is made fresh by hand and you can immediately tell upon first bite) * Ossobucco (served with a saffron risotto that elevates the dish to an even more glorious level) Right in one of Miami’s most beloved and iconic hotels, The Fountainebleau, Mirabella promises to be equally as beloved and iconic.

Believe the negative service reviews. Where was manager Billy tonight? I do not enjoy giving a bad review but after reading the reviews here and the experience I had last night I feel compelled to share what happened. The thing is the food when it eventually arrived at our table was delicious. I will say that was the only positive experience of the night and the five stars. Service only deserves two stars. Let’s break it down, there is a “service charge”of 20% automatically added to your bill. I find this to be the root of the cause for what we experienced. The staff knows exactly how much they will be getting. At one point during our experience last night our waiter, Gil, actually expressed that he also felt our displeasure of our meal being too long to arrive at our table. Maybe Manager Billy was too busy attending to Mr. Soffer’s dinner party. It was sad to feel neglected as you watched the hotel’s owner have all levels of the staff focus on his table. I do mean all. within minutes of them being seated (simultaneously when our table was seated), wine was poured, bread was served, appetizers hitting the table by a parade of staff including a kitchen staff chef. Very upsetting since all we had on our table was water, for 12 minutes before our waiter reappeared. I timed it. I was against going here tonight because of the negative service reviews I read but was outvoted by the other three in my party. I was correct with my opinion. I was disappointed that our waiter chose an ill attempt at wit to explain the bad service from no bread placed on the table until after we finally ordered our meals to the acknowledged long wait to receive our food. No Manager was obviously informed because none came to the table. I love a good dining experience as anyone who reads my reviews can tell but this one fell way short for the cost. Sorry Michael but your staff needs a better training program, there was a nice crowd last night but not overwhelming by any means. One last note, REVIEW YOUR BILL before paying. We had two orders of Branzino (delicious) on the menu for $49 a dish, unfortunately it came on the bill at a cost of $69 an order! Again I highly suggest you review your bill carefully before agreeing to pay. This is a very serious issue and when we told the waiter, no Manager was informed because no one came, no real apology just a revised bill. Hate to leave a review like this but sometimes it is necessary! I really enjoy when I get that unexpected call the next day from a restaurant manager regarding my experience the night before. It shows how important it is to them for immediate feedback from customers. Still waiting on that...
