Blade in Miami is hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while! From the moment we walked in, I was immediately impressed by how stylish and photogenic the restaurant is. The atmosphere is vibrant, modern, and perfect for a night out with friends or a romantic dinner. It’s not just a place to eat; it’s an experience, with every corner looking perfect for photos.
Now, let’s talk about the food—absolutely incredible! Blade serves some of the best sushi I've ever had. Each dish is beautifully crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients that burst with flavor. My personal favorite was the spicy tuna—it was perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of heat and the tuna was incredibly fresh. I couldn’t get enough of it!
I also have to mention the seaweed salad, which was out of this world. It was light, refreshing, and packed with flavor, making it the perfect starter to balance out the richness of the sushi. Every bite was so satisfying!
Whether you're a sushi enthusiast or someone looking to try something new, blade is the place to be. The combination of top-tier food, a chic ambiance, and excellent service makes this spot in Miami a must-visit. Highly recommend it to anyone craving amazing sushi and a great...
Read moreMy finance and I decided to enjoy the Omakase (to entrust) which is 8 courses of original sushi plates made specially for you by the Sushi Chef. despite needing a 24 hour advance reservation, the staff kindly cleared an area at the sushi bar, sat us right in front of Sushi Chef Umar Faruk, and there we pleasantly started our experience. Words can not express what we were tasting that night! Every plate was brilliantly put together and creatively organized. Each course was so different than the last but so unbelievably melt in your mouth good! It was simply amazing and I would highly recommend Omakase to the toughest food critic. Chef Umar Faruk was very pleasant and personally served us every plate with a description of the specially made dish. I tried things that I've never heard of and without a doubt was nervous, but there wasn't anything that I didn't love. Again, I would definitely put Blade-Omakase on top of the list for Sushi in Miami! You won't be...
Read moreDespite its location this restaurant was awful. The server didn’t really want to be there and was rather miserable. One of my children didn’t even get their main food until after we had all finished eating and then when it did arrive only half of her meal was there. Instead they brought her a dessert as a starter - a very off choice! When I pointed that out it was met with a sigh. Our drinks didn’t arrive until mid way through the meal and quite frankly the sushi was ok but not the best I’ve ever had, yet it cost an arm and a leg with no offer of a reduction despite my daughter food being late arriving. I also had bones in the salmon sashimi which is highly unusual. I don’t recommend and won’t be going back. As it was our first night it didn’t really give me the best impression...
