I have been to the Coral Gables and the Midtown locations apart from this one and they have all delivered every time in the quality and service. I had the pleasure of attending a pizza making class with Davis Mele. He takes you behind the history of how his family started the business going all the way to his grandma’s legacy. It was really sweet to see how he incorporates her into every spot they have opened up. The little red car is a staple. We were paired with a couple more people in the class but to our luck they didn’t show up so we got a 1 on 1 with him. It was very personable and he was very thorough with everything. We not only got the history behind the business but we also got to enjoy a cup of wine and take the dough we made in the class with instructions on how to make our own at home. Not to mention we also got to eat a full pizza to ourselves. Davis was great and its a nice memorable experience to do as a couple or with a group of friends. You get to eat, drink and learn some new pizza making skills all in one. Plus enjoy it at the end. If you are looking for something to do outside of your regular bar scene and make a nice experience this one is for you! I can’t wait to see how many more locations will open up for everyone to enjoy some fresh authentic...

Read moreTook two 10 year olds to the pizza making class. Simple, fun, and Davis was super nice and helpful. Family owned Napoli pizza place now with several locations, this is essentially the best pizza in Miami (along with Sorbillo). Diavola/spicy salami was a perfect 10. Fresh basil and outstanding mozzarella along with sausage pie was great. Nutella pizza for dessert standard but very good.
Eating in while piping hot is hard to beat though as it has a nice bubbly doughy crust, it should deliver well. It's also very inexpensive by MB standards.
The class includes a pizza to eat, drink/soda/beer, and after you make your own dough, you bring it home to have a 2nd meal included for a day or two later all for $35. Hard to beat and a fun experience for a couple of hours.
This is not a full evening like learning to make Paella in Barcelona, but a fun way to spend an hour. Overall outstanding and I hope they last here for...
