Read moreOkay, let me start off by saying that this restaurant is okay but has a lot to work on. Let’s start with the service. The service was great, the staff was very sweet, however towards the end it felt like we were forgotten about. Next the sushi. The sushi is extremely mid in my opinion. I’m from New York and we have some of the best sushi in the world, and when I tried the sushi here, I was disappointed. The sushi had a funny taste and the rice was thick and unappetizing. It was subpar to say the least. I took one bite and didn’t want to continue to the next. It’s not that it taste spoiled, it just tasted really weird and gross. I wouldn’t order the sushi being that’s it’s expensive ($25-$30 a roll). Next the dairy food was amazing. If I would come back or recommend something, it would be the pasta, soups, drinks, and salads (specifically the strawberry walnut salad). Their dairy is pretty good, a solid 8.5/10. Next the dessert was sadly a let down. We ordered a Carmel cheese cake. (5/10). For 20$ I expected to be wowed, and it’s a dairy restaurant so I expect good dairy desserts. But sadly it disappointed. The crust is usually my fav part because it balances out the sweet flavors. But here the crust tasted old and not fresh. The cheese cake tasted like sweet cream cheese with no flavor. It needed some lemon zest or vanilla, because all I tasted was sugar. The caramel was also not good and they charged us extra for the drizzle. The best thing on the plate were the strawberries and ice cream. Overall I give this place a 2 star. I would come back, but I would avoid the sushi and desserts. They didn’t taste fresh and this place isn’t cheap, so I would stay with the pastas, pizzas, drinks and maybe salads if you’re a...
Read moreThe pasta and sushi was NOT of quality high $30 sushi roll and $22 pasta for the prices.
The customer service was TERRIBLE. The waitress never once looked in our direction when we got our food and we had to keep saying excuse me in an empty restaurant multiple times because she or the 8 other available staff and owner couldn’t care less we were there. The waitress then showed a colleague the bottom of her shoe, where she proceeded to pick at the bottom of the shoe. And then handled our food for serving. I got the salmon roll and it was TERRIBLE with some spoiled sauce on top. Paid $29 for the roll and mall sushi is better.
Terrible and strongly recommend health code check this restaurant. Server DEFINITELY didn’t have/didn’t honor ServeSafe sanitation training.
Ps. This was AWFUL dining, food, treatment , and experience. Gratuity was $10 already added to the bill, which they didn’t earn. No wonder the waitress and staff don’t have to pay mind to customers. They know they will receive a tip regardless their POOR sanitation, services, and awful food.
Owner and staff: If you don’t care to have a top performing clean restaurant, don’t have one and let those who will have passion for customer experience do the work. You should really be ashamed of your establishment and the poor quality it...
