I hope this email finds you all well. Iām not sure if this is appropriate or not to email you all, however, my heart would not be filled if I did not acknowledge these wonderful people.
My husband and I celebrated our one year wedding anniversary in Miami, FL last week. Our last full day, we decided to go jet skiing. As we were riding in the middle of the ocean our jet ski flipped. When we got back to shore we checked the compartment where our personal belongings were and it was empty. We lost our phones, rental car keys, my husband lost his wallet and I lost my wedding rings (I was actually wearing them). The only item floating on top of the water was my husbandās driverās license.
Luckily, my laptop was in our hotel room which helped us to set up a Lyft ride to a Verizon corporate store. This is almost starting to feel like a blog.. haha! I hope I still have your attention.. These next few points are the most important.
We arrived at the Verizon store 1 hour before our scheduled appointment. We were then greeted by the general manager (I believe his name is Carlos). They were available and were able to assist us right away. Keep in mind they were not aware of me being a Verizon employee just yet! Tyler was our sales representative and he was great! Everyone made us really feel like family. It truly felt like walking into your auntās or uncleās home meeting your cousins that youāve never met before lol. The only thing we had in our possession at the time was my laptop. Hereās what they did for us:
Once we chose our devices and accessories, they were able to send me a link to my email for me to manually enter my card information since I did not have it physically (my wallet was locked in the rental). FYI, my online shopping skills came in handy (memorizing my card numbers)
We had a daily limit that we set up on our bank cards so they allowed us to call our bank on one store phone and while I was speaking with the bank they allowed my husband to call Enterprise on the other store phone so we could knock everything out at once.
After everything was taken care of they let us stay inside while we waited for our Lyft.
Despite flipping over into the middle of the ocean with who knows what, they made my day! They made me realize why I even chose to apply for Verizon over 3 years ago. Iām not sure if I will ever see them again but I wanted to thank them again and also thank you all as well for allowing me to be a part of such a wonderful FAMILY!

I recently visited the Verizon Wireless store in Miami Beach for assistance with an account issue. During my visit on Monday, April 29th, one of the staff members, a gentleman whose name I unfortunately didn't catch, was incredibly helpful and patient. He thoroughly explained everything to me and quickly corrected an error on my account, making the whole experience very smooth.
Furthermore, I would like to extend a special thank you to the entire team at the store for an act of honesty that has become all too rare. I had accidentally left my Prada sunglasses at the store, and after several days of backtracking my steps without any luck, I returned to inquire if they might have been found. Thankfully, a lady who was present during my initial visit confirmed that my sunglasses had been safely stored in the office.
I am immensely grateful to the team for their integrity and professionalism. In times when it's easy to lose faith in people, acts like this restore my belief in the goodness of others. Thank you to the entire Verizon team at this Miami Beach location for not only resolving my service issue but also safeguarding my personal belongings. Your service and honesty have earned my deep...

Had purchased my cell phone here several months ago. It stopped working & the battery appeared damaged.
I brought it back for a free replacement as it had a year warantee on it.
There were 2 employees in the store, Addlay & Linda.
Addlay informed me that the system was down but ALSO that I'd have 2 contact Samsung, that their store could do nothing.
I was shocked & told him that I was told about the warrantee when I purchased the phone.
He suggested I go to Apple. Well, the lovely man at Apple suggested I not waste my $. He guaranteed that ADDLAY was WRONG.
In 100° plus degree heat I bike back 2 the store. Lived in NYC for 30 years. Don't own a car.
The manager didn't even apologize. How rude!!!
When I got my phone (ON MY OWN) by calling Verizon directly I returned to the store 4 set up
Camila was lovely; however, I get home & can't get texts, emails or fb
OMG
I was livid
Fortunately, I called Verizon, 611 & they PATIENTLY set up my phone over the phone.
In the store, they began to speak in Spanish
RUDE, knowing I wouldn't...
