Hello. Went to the lennox location today Sunday Aug 26, 2018 with family and friends that recommended this place for its good products. There was not soap in the only restroom that was working on a busy Sunday morning. This was my first impression about how disorganized this place is. All right, lets order some food. Everything looks good. Not simple to order. You see people behind the counter but nobody turns to greet you or serve you. This is nice!. Finally some one asked what we were looking for. So we ordered four items, OJs and two coffees. The person who takes your food order does not take your coffee order. Cool!! The cashier took our coffee order. Tks. We asked to split the check. No eye contact or sound of any kind. One more time, can we split the check? (I forgot to say the magic word, my apologies miss) Right after my question she looked at me and asked me if energetic way if I was doing ok because that was the second time I asked the same question when she was trying to help me. Wow what a move!! Help me!!! So sorry I thought you get paid for being there so that is your job in the business that it is called hospitality. You are working not helping. You have a position in a establishment where you choose to be. Not doing me a favor. I am a guest where you work. WORK. Very nice! Thank you for spliting our check. Really kind but after five minutes no coffees yet. So my friend who does not work there had to ask for our coffees. We got only one. Another four minutes to get the second coffee. We made it! As you can tell the cashier did not tell to anybody to make our coffees. Sweet! Thanks a lot rosetta for the commitment to the industry.
We sat outside. Our food was cold but not because we took for ever waiting for our coffees. They did not warm it up properly. They pretend they care about what they serve but it doesnt show that way. Then one employee came out to tell us that our table wasnt in the right place. Our bad but we dont work there. If there is no hostess or a list of the regulation of what we can do or we cannot do, why do we need to deal with unhappy Sunday morning rossetta employees?
Ten minutes later a second person came out to tell us that our table was not in a good place but no solution... enough!!
Finally we leave and went to a place nearby with happy staff that respect the customers that with their money pay their salaries.
Thanks again for this good lesson about a disorganized and unhappy place that we wont ever come...

I spent sometime looking at all the offerings but every 30 seconds I was asked what I wanted to order. “Let me know if you have questions or need recommendations” would of been welcomed. I watched the same interaction with other customers who came in as most didn’t know what to order but were rushed. Mind you there was no line.
Let me preface by saying I worked in the hospitality industry a long time and was a pastry chef in the past. Rosetta gives the impression that everything is baked in house, but it’s just a show. They only finish in the store and most items are not made from scratch. Their “baker” was dipping purchased cannoli shells in purchased chocolate glaze.
What I wanted was made fresh daily and limited selection of items that will mostly sell out by the end of day. Rosetta had so many pastries there is no way they would sell most. Which means a lot is day old. Not my cup of tea.
The stuffed doughnut (Berliner style) was filled with “store bought” cream. Same filling you can get from any donut shop across America.
If your happy with mediocre, Rosetta is a...

I came in when the place was nearly empty. I stood right in front of the register, ready to order, while the two employees — one Venezuelan, the other Latina (not sure from where) — ignored me completely, chatting about personal stuff like I wasn’t even there. No greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing.
I finally placed my order, left a tip, and sat down right next to the counter with my laptop and headphones on. It was obvious I was waiting for food — I was literally the only new customer there. Yet instead of bringing the order over or trying to get my attention directly, they just kept yelling over and over, “ICED LATTE! ICED LATTE!”
Seriously? You see someone with headphones on, clearly working, and you can’t walk a few steps to hand over the food? That’s just lazy and inconsiderate.
I worked in hospitality for over 12 years — this is unacceptable on every level. The lack of basic customer service was shocking. My food was cold, my iced latte was melted, and no one...
