Donna's Caribbean Restaurant — Restaurant in Miami Gardens

I was attempting to order from this restaurant VIA DoorDash. I chose the brown stew snapper entree and attempted to choose the sides that I preferred when I noticed that none were listed. I only saw beverages listed. I searched the menu to see if the sides to the entrees were listed elsewhere. They were not. I called the restaurant and asked what the address was because I saw two addresses listed online. The address that I was given was 181st and NW 27th ave. I asked for the physical address and I heard 1819 nw 27th avenue. I told her that that would be 18th street and asked if she could repeat the address. She yelled the correct address as if I angered her. As I’m trying to explain to her that the sides aren’t listed online - she’s yelling that she doesn’t know where I’m ordering from. So now she’s over talking me as I’m trying to tell her where I’m ordering from. She then goes silent, i can hear the background so I’m assuming that she put the phone down as I’m talking. When she finally came back to the phone I asked for the manager. This rude, unprofessional person who identified her self as STEPHANIE stated that she was the manager. I told her that she was rude and that we will never order from this place. I’m wondering why the sides wouldn’t be listed on every delivery site so why would it matter where I’m order from. It be your own people. I don’t understand why a business would feel so comfortable disrespecting...

On Christmas Eve I was working late so I went by to get some food on my arrival there were a few person waiting only to find out that they were wait to get Oxtail which the server on my inquiry would be ready in Ten Minutes I ask after waiting awhile if I could pay for it to ensure my share was secured the person who seems like the supervisor and cashier took my order then after a few minutes called me to get mine which she proceeded to wrap in the brown paper bag used by the store to my dismay being so hungry when I got back to my work open the bag and the container the oxtail was burnt,it wasn’t cooked down in gravy with beans I returned to find the store closed…and will be going there to ear my disgust…Customers Check your food when your order is completed around the back or the kitchen wher you cannot see what is place in the Container before...

That food was so Bland I never had to make it food with no flavor I had asked for salt and pepper and I got the jerk chicken had no spice on it at all just look like they smoke it the rice and peas no salt I mean I never ate to making food that terrible in my life tasted like American food I could have went home and made me some jerk chicken and rice and peas and it would have been better than that I never ever would go there I think I would make some food and go take it to them and let them separate to let them know how the food should taste bad experience the thing I went and got some seafood next door I gave that food to a dog I seen in the streets it wasn't prepared for a...
