I wish there was an option for zero stars.
Today I went to this McDonalds, (I don't even live in this area) and everything was a complete mess, the workers, the place, and the food, EVERYTHING. Let's start from the begging:
I got there, and automatically I go to the kiosk, since it was kinda full. The kiosk doesn't work properly, you literally have to press it around 5 times to be able to chose the correct item. Then, once my order was selected correctly, it gives you the option to choose between "Pay Here" or "Pay at counter", since I had cash, I was going to pay at counter. Non of those options work. I was even thinking that I had to order again.
So I go to the counter, me being the first person in line, I had to wait like 10 minutes to get attended. There was 2 girls standing in front of the screen that shows the orders doing NOTHING. Until one of the girls finally saw that the line for the cashier was getting longer and she decided to attend us.
I got attended, and thank God, my order somehow was in the system already (the kiosks are supposed to give you a receipt and advise you that the order was confirmed)
I get my receipt and it's time for me to wait, another 10 MINUTES (BTW, this whole time I'm supposed to be at work already, and I was at mcdonalds still, thanks to their crew, and their disorganization)
And the best final part, i get my bag with my food, I ask for sauces and the girl had such an attitude, maybe her boyfriend didn't feed her this morning, lol. And one of the things that I had ordered was a 2 for $5, THEY FORGOT MY FREAKIN CHICKEN NUGGETS!
I know "you should've check your food before leaving" bro, Im working, I was in a RUSH, and I think one of their jobs is to make sure they give the right food to their customers.
I mean, I worked at a mcdonalds, so I think I know how almost everything is supposed to be.

Read moreI visited McDonald’s today (Sunday, March 10th, 2024 @ 6:08pm) but I did curbside and was parked at curbside 1. My order (Take Out Order: 1922) was not completed and it was wrong. I ordered a medium size Dlx McCrispy meal with bacon added to it with a large Sth SwTea Lmd drink that with 3 lemons added to it, and added to that same order was a Caramel Sundae, which I did not receive. The young lady that brought the order out the door for me and my husband had an attitude when I brought my drink back inside because I noticed it didn’t have the 3 lemons inside of it. Instead of her putting the 3 lemons inside the drink I ordered. She put only two. She’d upset me so bad that I walked out the restaurant without asking for my caramel sundae. When I arrived home with my husband, I looked at my order and realized that instead of giving me medium fries, I had large fries in my bag, which I did not order for a large meal. Only the drink was supposed to be a large with three lemons inside, along with my caramel sundae as my dessert. I was dissatisfied with the service and that young ladies attitude. I did the right thing by walking out because it would’ve been on a whole different level had I snapped on her but I’m a woman and not a child, and I don’t play with children that obviously has the demeanor of not wanting to work or do there job professionally and accurately. I come to this McDonald’s almost every day after I leave work with my husband. We never have an issue with the staff that’s working there. I politely walked out the establishment and came home. I ate the sandwich, but I threw away the cold, soggy fries because it was too much fries to eat and they tasted awful. It doesn't matter if a company does renovations to their restaurant if there's no formal training of the employees then these companies are not thinking of its customers or the betterment of its staff. I went through drive through last-minute last night& the whole new design is terrible but since the renovations if this restaurant you have to just deal with it. I ordered two items. A MCDOUBLE ONLY KETCHUP MEAT & BREAD NO CHEESE & A SMALL FRY THAT'S ALL. I STATED THIS 2 TO THE CASHIER WHO WAS RUDELY RUSHING MY ORDER TO BEGIN WITH. WHEN I REACHED THE WINDOW I ONLY ASKED THE CASHIER WAS THE ORDER TAKEN CORRECTLY BUT I WAS GIVEN ATTITUDE BY THIS YOUNG LADY YEAH YEAH THAT'S WHAT YOU ORDERED BUT SHE VERIFIED INCONSISTENCES IN MY ORDER. I EXPLAINED TO HER IT WAS NOT SUPPOSE TO BE NO KETCHUP BUT ONLY KETCHUP MEAT& BREAD NOOOOOO CHEESE. My grandson is allergic to cheese so I'm glad I checked the sandwich before giving it to him. Sometimes specially made food is for a reason not to be a pain but some people can eat certain things. This request was stated 4 times & I still received a regular MCDOUBLE. I know people make mistakes but this was utterly ridiculous& an embarrassment to management for such a simple order.
