Went there today around 3 - 4pm. There was only one person in front of me so not much of a wait. The girl on the hot side seemed good at her job but very quiet. She was attentive and took care of what I asked for just fine. I did ask for chicken and steak half and half in which she put each on separate sides of my bowl instead evenly spread across. But, everything else was spread perfectly even. She also was working the whole line for her the order before me. So, much props to her. On the cold side the guy joined in a I told him everything. He checked and confirmed it with me and then got to business. You could barely close my bowl when he was done. Great job! I asked for two tortillas on the side in which he relayed to the girl and she replied "heard" and my tortillas were there in seconds. Great communication you two! But, the disconnect came when it was time to pay. The cashier came from wherever after I waited for a while and thought that the two tortillas was all I was getting. She asked was there anything else and I glazed over at my bowl and she grabbed it. I then ask for a large fountain drink. She had to go get the cups from the drive thru area. My meal came to $18.09. I think I was charged for double meat instead of half and half, but I don't know because I didn't receive a receipt; Although, I it was written correctly on the lid. The communication lacked at the end but overall they worked good with each other.
Okay, so I used to work at Chipotle about 9 years ago at the 3rd highest grossing location in the nation: Coral Gables. So, I am a bit tough when it comes to rating them. We used to put 150 - 200 people thru the line in an hour during peak time. From what I seen as I observed them while eating I doubt they could do 50. Need to speed up. However, we also didn't have a drive thru. This is actually the first drive thru I've ever seen at Chipotle.
My food was a lot; so fulfilling. The taste was okay, but very citrusy. Likely in the guac or mild (Pico). I build my own burrito with the two tortillas so can't comment there. However, because of the not spreading the food evenly across I did have to search for chicken, steak, and cheese to get an even burrito.
I give my food a 3.75. It wasn't wasn't fresh; check your hold times, especially on the protein! Get a plus for having fajitas. Pico and guac looked good. (Coral Gables location is the only place I've ever seen do this, but have limes and salt & pepper out for the guests to use).
The didn't see the 13 characteristics displayed. And, where was the friendliest and interaction with the customers? I sat there for about an hour eating and not one table touch. The restaurant was pretty clean. The restroom had a code or something on it though. No upsell of chips at check out or drink offered; I had to ask.
I enjoyed the view, but the guests seemed to just come and go: No one stayed to eat but myself and 4 others - who all set close to me; likely my Chipotle energy. Lol.
All-in-All I rate this Chipotle a 3.5. There totally NOT restauranteur really!
Does ANYONE know what the 13 characteristics even are?!
Did Not Take Pictures of My Food because I Rolled my Burritos Myself

It's my third time coming to this Chipotle. The first time, I asked if they had queso, but the guy making the bowls said no. I inquired when it would be ready, and he replied with an unsure "I don't know." So, I asked him to check. His co-worker cursed at him in response, which explained why he was hesitant to ask in the first place. I brought this up to the manager, especially for the boy who seemed scared to ask questions.
The second time, I had no complaints that I can remember. However, during my third visit, we ordered three bowls. While there was rice, chicken, and beans, the toppings station lacked corn, pico, and sour cream. We asked for those toppings, and the guy informed us they were being prepared, causing the line to back up. Corn and sour cream were eventually brought out, but the pico (tomatoes) was missing. As the line was long, we decided not to wait and paid for the bowls. Unfortunately, the toppings served were frozen, and we couldn't bear eating them in that state. I had to get up and ask for my bowls to be remade without the frozen toppings.
The manager initially seemed accommodating, but he became defensive when I asked for the bowls to be remade without the frozen toppings, assuming I wanted the same toppings. I clarified "minus the frozen toppings," and he reluctantly agreed to remake them. After waiting for about 15 minutes, I got back up to check if they were ready. The manager saw me standing there and returned to ask what toppings I wanted. I felt frustrated, as I had already communicated my request when I returned the bowls. I asked him why he didn't come and ask me directly, as I was sitting and waiting right there. He replied, "Oh well, I didn't know," but I felt he intentionally made me wait. Eventually, he brought my bowls with an attitude.
In my opinion, this Chipotle is poorly managed. The staff lacks common sense, and the manager doesn't seem like a competent leader. The whole experience was extremely unprofessional, and the staff was rude. This was by far the worst Chipotle...
Read moreI’m sick but I decided I needed some fresh air so I walked around to the chipotle to get some much needed protein. Why is it that I went into the store to order a bowl. Got home and had uncooked rice?!? Literally hard rice that when I spit it out sounded like hail hitting the top of the foil lid the bowls come in. I called the location 3 times before I decidedly. Had to walk back to get my order fixed. It was a few miles away. About a 6 min walk but what felt like miles given it hurts to walk right now. I get back to the restaurant and I wait on line to finally get to the cashier to tell her the issue. She then says …Oh we fixed the issue…. I look down at the rice and I can tell it’s STILL NOT COOKED. like why am I being gaslit about the “doneness” of the rice?! So then i ask to taste it because I don’t trust them at this point. So I taste it and yet again. Still UNCOOKED RICE. they say they’re going to make it over. And so at this point I ask for the manager. I explain to her that I’m unwell and I strenuously walked back over here to get this fixed. She stops me while I’m giving her the run down…. Because the new rice is done. While she heads over. I even try the brown rice because - I just can’t!” It is also uncooked 😒
She brings over the new rice for me to taste and while it is cooked - it is now so salty that it’s inedible. I was offered nothing for my inconvenience! Not even a beverage.
The fact that so many people between me and my return bought food from this place is the scariest thing. You literally can get sick from eating uncooked rice. You can get food poisoning, iron anemia, E. coli, even GI issues.
The negligence on the chefs part and the lack of empathy from the staff was just lack luster. I have almost 3,000 rewards points from my chipotle membership but unfortunately they will all go to waste because I never plan to eat from this...
