Wendy's — Restaurant in Miami Gardens

I always place mobile orders to make it easier for Wendy’s employees to get my order correct without having to interpret my accent. Today, my order was missing every single change I specified: I asked for sweet onions and Caesar salad dressing on my salad, and I got neither of them. I asked for Ghost Pepper Ranch sauce and no mayo on my burger, and I got no sauce and mayo instead of smokey honey mustard.

When I went to pick up my order, no one said a word to me and just left my food to get cold. When I saw it sitting for nearly five minutes, I pointed to it, and the employee just gave it to me without asking for my order’s name. The nuggets were cold, so I asked for fresh ones, so they made me wait 10 minutes and threw away my first burger. My second one had mayo. When I spoke to the manager, she told me “no reason to be mad”, and when I told her that I only came back to this location because a previous manager was kind to me, she told me to “have a nice day” sarcastically.

Food and service was good and no complaints but the atmosphere is not managed like it should be done in the USA. After living in South America for 9 years, its 100% obvious this is not managed by someone with the American culture and experience in mind. The TV has been broken and out of order for more than 2 months that I personally have seen on my weekly visits,, the bathrooms are always not clean and constantly smell like crap because the people don't flush the toilet paper after wiping their behinds, there is never any ketchup out and ways out of products and ice in the icemachines. This is not ran up to American standards and when I asked to turn the TV on, they blame corporate has not come to fix the problems.

Awful!! Food was terrible dry. Tables looked clean but actually had a build up of grease on them. Drink/Condiment area was a mess. No ketchup in the entire restaurant, not even packets. One soda machine was leaking water, there was an actual puddle you had to stand in to use either of the soda machines. There was a filthy mop and bucket leaning against the back of a booth next to the puddle of water and a wet floor sign set up but no employee cleaning up the mess. We we're 1 of 2 groups of customers that came in and no one in the half hour we were there cleaned up the water. 3 male employees and 1 female employee just watched as we and the other customers carefully walked through the puddle to get our drinks.
