I recently dined at Hong Kong City and was blown away by their delicious Chinese cuisine. I had the pleasure of trying the pork steam buns and the special lo mein, and both dishes were exceptional.
The pork steam buns were filled with flavor, but what really stood out to me was the love and dedication that went into making them. You can tell that the chefs at Hong Kong City take pride in their work and are committed to using only the best ingredients.
The special lo mein was also amazing. The pork was thick and juicy, and the noodles were cooked to perfection. I loved the combination of flavors in this dish, and it quickly became one of my favorites.

Read moreQuantity of the lunch special is AMAZING. Ordered the general tso chicken lunch special. The chicken was a little too sweet and way too much sauce but great value. The beef chow fun is a little bland and watery (I prefer dry). But not bad. Happy to be able to order beef chow fun in this town. They totally closed all indoor seating due to covid... Weird. ---------- edit ----------- Came back the next day and ordered a ton of food. They remembered me from yesterday and read my review. They specially made my order of beef chow fun 'dry' this time. Very kind and thoughtful of them! Now that I've had both though I think I prefer the watery one 😂. But overall great Chinese/Cantonese restaurant in the area. Excellent customer service and kind employees. Also great value for the Miami area! The shrimp fried rice is...
Read moreWe ate here because the photos online drew us to this spot. I am from California and I was not used to flavorless Chinese food. The parts that turned us off was the fact that you had to prepay even if dining in. Also, our food came out in plastic containers, plastic utensils and paper plates. We ordered two soft drinks and they didn't even have ice. We had to go to another restaurant within the plaza and pay $2 for two cups of ice. This place is also overpriced. We ordered 4 items and it came out to be $80. We would've paid half of that in California. I would never eat here again if I'm ever in the area...
