Dino's Cappuccinos — Restaurant in Miami Township

I've been a frequent customer for a year. Your drinks are great, coffee and tea, hot or cold. However, your service is just awful. Staffed by the most ill-mannered, pretentious college students I've ever met- and I'm a college student. Today a staff member is training a newby, tells her, "If it were me I'd kick them out." It's 6PM! You want me to leave two hours before close so you can perform your five minute task of wiping a table and sweeping? Almost every afternoon when I come to Dino's I feel so unwanted and unwelcomed, and these staff members need reprimanded and talked to. If you're going to complain, do it quietly in the back, and at least pretend to like your job and the customers! I'm no longer tipping these baristas that act and speak this way towards me. But I'll come for my drink, so...

This place seemed very popular! We arrived around 2pm. We had to stand outside - about 5-10 minutes - before we could enter, as the place was just that full of people. There were approx 7 people ahead of us and 2 gals with 4 kids waiting outside with us. And when we got inside noticed there was only one person making/serving the coffee. (My first time here so I'm not sure if this is normal)He was busy busy and very nice, working as fast as he could. There is room for approx 12-15 people to sit inside which made it very cozy. I ordered a Candy Cane latte but it tasted more like maybe a vanilla latte- really no flavor but it was still just good. My friend ordered the eggnog drink and said it was just good too. We sat inside, in front of the window which was fun to people...

This is thankfully a not-so-hidden gem in YS. Right on the main street in town, a super chill laid back atmosphere with friendly folks wherever you look. From traditional coffees & lattes to specialty house brews, Chai teas, hot chocolate and homemade treats, whether you like coffee products or not you will find something to savor. My favorite is the Iced caramel snowstorm and let me just put it this way...I do not care for caramel, but this amazing concoction has changed my mind! Drinks are amazing, and again remember the people are so quaint & friendly in this town/ village. Please be courteous and treat everyone here with respect and I assure you they will ALWAYS do the same. ...
