I visited this location and went through the drive through. I began to order and was asked “I need you to speak up” I then spoke louder and ordered 3 items then was asked “Is that it?” Which I applied one sec wife asked for a drink which I then ordered. This is where it went south.
The guy/manager/owner whoever he is replying “I’ve asked you to speak up twice already.” So I yelled louder the drink order. The man then stated “Why didn’t you do that the first time I asked you to speak up.” He spoke with an attitude and a degrading attitude towards me this entire time.
I don’t take rude people to kindly nor allow it. What did he want me to say at this point? I asked him what the problem was then he starts to try an argue stating “I told you to speak up.” Mind you after the first time he asked I was almost yelling then asked again I was yelling.
The man then stated “I’m not serving you get out of my drive through.” I pulled up to the window and the little man was just repeating himself “I told you to speak up get out of the drive through.” I told him that I had to yell for him to hear me and that he was being rude. The guy was extremely rude and I’ll never got to Dunkin’ Donuts ever again.
You don’t treat people like that and reading some of the other reviews I’m not the only one he has treated this way.

I pulled up to the speaker and asked if two separate orders could be placed the order taker said no issue. We pull up to the window and my friends card wasn’t working (the chip can be finikey). A VERY rude worker in the background said “your cards being declined I need to use the other card you gave me for this order or you need to give me another one right now” very very harshly. I then proceed to help my friend pull her other card out of the wallet (keep in mind this was about a total of 90 seconds). The worker then screams at us saying we’re holding up the line and I need to hurry up or leave the line. I looked at the worker and told him he was being rude and he goes “yeah I am and your holding up my line” I continue to ask the window worker if this is how they treat there customers and she told me to “shhhh” and just leave to not make him angrier????? Read moreFirst I'd like to say I was a BIG Dunkin Donuts fan. I was going once or twice per week to get an croissant meal or an iced coffee then discovered the appa couple weeks ago. I usually visited the Delco Plaza Shopping Center, 880 OH-28, Milford, OH 45150 location. They were rude EVERY TIME no matter how nice I tried to be over the intercom or at the window. They NEVER said please or thank you. I would order at the window and then it's just "pull forward". No please, no thank you ever. My husband kept asking me why I was going there because it was almost comical how rude they were every time. Then I would ask for light ice in my iced coffee and they would still have a full cup of ice. I finally decided to ask for ice on the side because they were not adhering to my request at the Milford, Ohio location and he told me " pull forward " in the usual I have better things to do with my time tone, then he procedes to tell me they can't do that.
