American & Cuban Coffee — Restaurant in Miami

I rarely leave bad reviews, but the experience at this coffee shop was unacceptable. The service was incredibly slow and rude — staff seemed uninterested and dismissive from the moment I walked in. My order was wrong, and when I politely pointed it out, I was met with attitude instead of a solution. The place wasn’t even busy, so there’s no excuse for how poorly things were handled. If this is the standard, this restaurant should not be open. There are too many better options nearby to waste your time...

Es una cafetería latina (situada frente al sitio histórico Warner House (la casa blanca) dónde reside el Hispanic Ballet of Miami importante centro de cultura de Miami) donde ofrecen pastelitos, empanadas, desayuno, comidas latinas con menú variado cada dia para consumir en el lugar y para llevar, sodas, jugos, agua, sandwiches, tostadas,café cubano y americano. Buenos precios $. También tiene baño y acceso de parqueo para desabilitados y regulares Tiene asientos con sombrillas exteriores y se observa las reglas por el Covid-19 de distancia social y limpieza. Tiene parada de la ruta de bus #11 en la puerta (desviada actualmente por el cierre temporal por reparación del puente de la 1st ST SW hacía el downtown) La empleada Marta Elena es muy servicial y atenta. Volveré cada vez que pase por allí. Hay que felicitar a los dueños pues es la única cafetería en la calle 1st ST SW en varios bloques. Están pensando en un futuro abrir hasta las 10:00 pm. No tiene # de teléfono ni asientos en el interior...
