Absolutely loving this fantastic community! There's so much to appreciate here - the amenities are top-notch, with a wonderful dog park where our furry pals can play freely, a delightful kids' playground that keeps the little ones smiling, and the added convenience of boat pickup and drop-off services for our water-loving adventures.

A big shoutout goes to Benny, whose tireless efforts and dedication ensure that this community is always beautifully maintained. It's evident that he takes immense pride in his work, and it truly shows.

And let's talk about the location – it's a real gem! Just across the bridge from the vibrant Brickell city center, we're in the heart of all the action. Yet, when it's time to hit the road, we can hop on the highway with ease, making our daily commute a breeze.

We honestly couldn't be happier with our decision to be a part of this wonderful community. It feels like home in every sense, and we feel blessed to be surrounded by such a warm and friendly atmosphere.
