Arby's — Restaurant in Miami

I usually love Arby’s but I was very taken back at how this Arby’s in Miami Oklahoma is run, I placed my order the person taking my order seemed off… their eyes were blood shoot and they didn’t even seem to be listening to me it’s like they were there but weren’t. The establishment itself wasn’t very clean and the place just had a dirty smell like maybe they don’t change their grease like they should. I got the classic Arby’s roast beef and cheddar but they didn’t out the cheddar on. They also forgot to give me my drinks and my milkshakes. When I asked for them they didn’t even answer. They just went and got them and when they brought them to me but they weren’t even what i ordered. They gave me a Sprite and a Coke lol that is not what I ordered. Very strange place. Ordered doordash from here and didn't even get my drink but got a straw! So that tells me they probably prepared it and left it sitting on the counter. They also didn't make my sandwich how it was ordered and gave me cold fries and I worked here in hs and know sometimes it gets rough in the lunch rush and somethimes in the evening around 5-7. But no excuse such as that at this time of night when hardly anyone comes through. They also basically placed the blame on doordash bc it was too close to closing time to correct those two mishaps. Just laziness all around. Like I said, I worked there 3 years and every job I've had after has been much more stressful and overwhelming so theres no sympathy from me and won't accept any excuses. Went through drive thru to start. Finished by going in 3 different times. First time they did not give me any sauce right after asking me at the window if I needed any. Then next was the drink I ask for a unsweetened tea and received sweet. Finally after getting the sauce and drink fixed only after driving half way home I realized they did not give me any fries or the potato cakes I ordered. Returned to the store and went directly to the store manager who happens to be the GM as well and told her I would like the rest of my order and with a smerk on her face she took my bag and looked in it and said OK with a smile on her face.
