I ordered online for delivery. The restaurant had issues with receiving the order and reached out to me from different numbers asking me to confirm the order. After responding, I never heard back from them. I waited over an hour and called the restaurant twice to ask for an update and they never answered. I had to involve the third party delivery partner who cancelled the order on the restaurant’s behalf. This experience was absolutely unacceptable and this restaurant needs to do better. They wasted my time, the driver who attempted to pick up the order’s time, and didn’t even have the decency to apologize or respond. The best part? There is no guarantee of a refund. Horrible customer service and shame on this place. I want to support small businesses, but if you run your business this poorly then you’re only driving...

I was starving and was literally looking for a Bite. I began to drive down SW 1st St and ran into a spot literally called BITE right on the corner. I was attended by Claudio and Grace and what a couple. Super professional, super nice, attentive. The ambient made me feel at home. I was treated like a king! Talking about the food, WOW! The pork can’t be compared else-where. So soft and savory, you guys need to try. I advised the owner I wanted something healthy and he made me a salad bowl with some good pork. It was so good I ended up getting a Chimi Pork 🤤. I tried to eat it as slow as I could cause it was soooo good. I had them with a natural lemonade that omg it was just so FUEGO 🔥!
