The food at this place is great, ordered several times. The reason this is a 1 star review if that when it comes to catering an important event, use someone else. I ordered a lobster paella for Mother’s Day on a Thursday, and was advised to be there on Sunday prior to 12. I reconfirmed on Saturday and was told “don’t worry your order will be there”. I was taken aback as the response was as dismissive, but thought that perhaps it was hectic. On Mother’s Day Sunday, I left my home at 11:15, called the restaurant and was once again dismissed with a blanket, “don’t worry your order will be here”. I arrived at 11:45 and guess what ? No order. The staff, smoking outside, tells me to come back at 12 as they are not open. I wait and come back at 12:01 and no order. I ask more assertively and no order in my name had been placed.
