I've eaten here MANY times, and sadly it's NEVER happened until recently, but I've been lied to multiple times now about them "not having burger patties" just because they don't want to accept anything but small orders when it's close to closing time. I accepted that lie and ordered something else (paying more money for less food) on at least three separate occasions now because getting a meal was literally my only reason for coming to town to begin with. On the most recent visit, I ordered, and after a LONG pause I was basically told "we close at 10:45 and don't have enough patties for two value bags". I asked if there were enough patties for ONE value bag (5 junior burgers), and after ANOTHER long pause, they said no. I then asked if I could order MORE THAN ONE COMBO at all (I need two burgers to make one meal), and in response I was given TOTAL SILENCE for so long that I finally left the drive-thru when another car pulled up behind me waiting to place their order. If I knew McDonald's would be my only choice because of this, I would have simply went to a DIFFERENT CITY where they ARE willing to serve their NORMAL MENU during NORMAL drive-thru hours. I've ordered from many Braum's locations over the years, both inside and at the drive-thru. This is NOT typical Braum's behavior, and I'm sure the corporate office will agree with me when I speak with them that it is QUITE UNACCEPTABLE. This is not my first problem at this location, but it's the ONLY location that's ever given me a problem...this was just the first bad experience that was worth noting in a review. Any other Braums has been worthy of 5 stars even during their rush hour, but in recent years, this one is truly failing to deliver to their customers, and they tend to rush the cooking process during rush hour versus the...
Read moreFood was ok at minimum. Self serve beverage area was filthy. One of the workers brought out ice to fill the ice machine up and after he dumped the bucket, he wiped the ice off the counter with his hand, never once using a cloth. He made no effort to clean up the sticky mess on the beverage machine or counter. Many of the dining tables had trash on them people left behind. Maybe because all the trash bins were ALL over flowing! Not a single table was clean, and no employees with cleaning supplies in sight. The work area at the icecream counters were littered with dropped icecream toppings and what looked like wadded up paper towels or napkins. Not a single person working greeted customers, they just stared blank eyed at you until you said what you wanted to order. Overall, this place was rather disgusting. I'm surprised the health dept hasn't shut...
Read moreIt sucked. They were busy. But just in the burger lane. There was 1 person a head of us in the ice cream lane. He got waited on and then the Braums employee decides to go help elsewhere. He stood and watched several employees get ice cream,, Im assuming for the drive thru but none of them acknowledged us. Even the manager came over, got ice cream and never said one word to us. I can understand busy but hey, how about, sorry guys, we will be with you shortly, or sorry about your wait guys, we will be right with you? But, NOT ONE PERSON SAID ONE WORDTO US, THE MANAGER WOULDNT EVEN MAKE EYE CONTACT WITH US and I was standing directly in front of him, making comments loud enough I know he could hear me and nothing. Got the ice cream and left. After the burger lane was empty and everyone seated. We...
