Burger King — Restaurant in Miami

The experience that I received at this location was beyond horrible from the service all the way to the food that was practically thrown together and given to me. So I placed a order on the APP detailing how I would like mine and my family food. I was told that my food would be ready at 807p which is now laughable because I didn't get my stuff until almost 840pm. So when I step inside the restaurant there were a few people before that were waiting on their food, so when they got to me the young Hispanic lady told me when I asked was my food ready her response is "they ain't fix it yet" and walked off, not someone will be working on it or nothing wow okay, I was blown away by the rudeness of her delivery so everyone who was there before is gone and people after me are now leaving so I'm getting a little upset 1. Because of the way I was talked to and 2. No one seem to care that I placed a order almost 20 minutes ago , Now the manager finally comes out her office asking what is everyone waiting on and was the "crew " doing also your drive through worker calling a customer a "B" for asking her to repeat what she said was uncalled for but any way it wasn't until I raised my voice now everyone was to work together to put my food together and tell me to have a good night as to dismiss me, however my order was wrong from the burgers to the shake. I'm pretty sure you guys don't care that I'm not coming back because if you did you would've some many other customers leaving reviews nevertheless I won't be back because why would I pay anyone to treat me like trash. I order often from this location because it's the closest one to my house. I mostly use the app to place an order for pick up. If my children didn't like the chicken nuggets from BK I'd probably never ever go back to that particular location. There's this black lady who I think is now a Manager who has a very BAD ATTITUDE. I think she's a Manager because she was wearing a different shirt that from the regular staff. On October's 5 around 5pm I went to pick up my mobile order. I emptied out the contents from the bag and I was missing items. I ordered 3 16 PC nuggets and instead received 3 8 PC nuggets. The cashier was trying to solve my issue when the very rude black lady jumped in and told her not to give me anything because I wasn't missing anything. I had to explain that they can check the receipt to see that I was missing items. She told me that I needed to calm down. I was very calm and polite. She's the one that always seem confrontational. Burger King will just hire anyone I guess. It's a fast food restaurant after all. I tried calling Coorporate several times and no answer. I will start cooking homemade chicken nuggets more often instead. This location doesn't deserve my hard earned money. The Hispanic ladies that work there on the other hand seem nice. I don’t normally leave reviews but listen. I walk in here, first thing, head to the bathroom. I’m a girl. My hand is on the womens bathroom door handle. As I’m about to turn it, this man, who was sorta dressed like an employee, rushes towards me and firmly and sorta loudly goes “No no ! Not that one ! This one ! This one !” while pointing at the mens bathroom. I know my gender and I know how to read signs so I’m pretty confused but he keeps insisting so I walk over to the mens bathroom and then he walks over to the womens. He enters the womens bathroom. I open the door to the mens bathroom. The toilet water is distinctly brown. Unflushed toilet paper is visible. Its really gross. I close the door and just stand there. The man walks out of the womens bathroom and I just stare at him. He just repeats what he said earlier. I open the mens door again and this time I notice what I can only assume to be human feces smeared on the other side of the door. I walk out of the Burger King, confused. What the flip happened ? Did he just want to use the (hopefully) cleaner bathroom ? If so, why did he keep insisting I have to use the dirty bathroom even after he was done in the womens bathroom ?
