Is like if they stole my money. Yesterday I order Sushi with them trough the web, Google said OPEN. I arrived only to see the restaurant was closed. I waited 45 minutes, knock on the window, sign open off, asked to neighbors, called like 10 times between me and my daughter. NO ANSWER,. Called another Sushi order, and left to pick up, The money was taken from my account right away.. Never not even got a call back!!! After more than an hour I was arriving to the other Sushi and called them again to try to get my money back, a young guy VERY RUDE and even trying me like I was lying saying WE WERE OPEN, not a I am sorry about this let me help and ask, and some explanation he was rude saying that I was wrong they have been there all the time, what type of joke is this? My daughter called them they say right away they will have my money put back, nothing until this day but the worse how I was treated. The guy that answered the phone when I called back seemed high, talking non sense, it’s not normal to have a whole restaurant closed when a client comes to pick up and then tell the client she is lying or acting like the client is crazy when you know the client have reasons and proves. I’m calling Costumer Consumers on Monday and putting all this out there. The pictures below is the debit, the message received, and the calls...

The steak was super tender and flavorful. Definitely not the tough, dry cheap steak I was expecting from the location. It was genuinely really good. We finished it off with fried Oreos and fried bananas, which were also great, in a state fair delightfully decadent kind of way.
If you’re wondering how we ended up here (since I was decidedly hesitant based on the location) it was Art Basel and literally every restaurant worth eating at in Wynwood/Design District...

As a long-time fan of Sushi Sake, I’ve always enjoyed their delicious food and friendly service. However, I was disappointed to discover that they’ve started charging an extra dollar for a serving of spicy mayo.
While I understand that prices may fluctuate, this sudden increase feels unjustified, especially for a condiment that used to be included with certain dishes. It’s disheartening to see a restaurant prioritize profits over customer satisfaction.
I hope Sushi Sake will reconsider this decision and find a more customer-friendly approach. Despite this issue, I still appreciate the quality of their sushi and hope to see improvements...
