I love this kind of food, couldn't wait to check it out. Highly disappointed. Got the large baba ganoush with pita and a chicken shawarma wrap (no fries). The food took forever to come out. I understand the wrap taking a bit, but I'm not sure what took so long for the baba ganoush, it is a cold dish.
The chicken wrap itself was small, but it had a decent amount of chicken, drenched in a mess of some kind of thin brown sauce. The flavor itself was okay. Don't expect authentic Mediterranean style spices or veggies in the wrap. No kind of fresh seasoned onions or pickled turnips. It has standard lettuce, tomato, and American hamburger pickles. The baba ganoush tasted no different than the one you can get at Costco.
The staff was nice, the guy gave me tahini and garlic sauce, but they seemed to be the same thing. Both were a garlic/mayo sauce. Neither one was tahini, that's for sure. Have these people tried Mediterranean food before?
Just those two items ran me $20, plus I left an additional 15% in tip, even though I had to get up to grab my food. Very mediocre experience, overall. Never going back. Much better options for this kind of food in the area, at...
Read moreSuch a lovely and yummy surprise. Had a late night hankering for some kabobs and this came up on Yelp. It was weird at first, down a dark road, in a warehouse district there was a light in the distance and there it was. A food truck. It was amazing. Covered area to eat. Chairs and tables also. So many yummy choices got the pinchos. Meat was perfectly marinated, seasoned and cook to perfection. I could eat a bucket of their noodle rice. Kibbie and falafel were was good, but the star was the pincho/kabob. The trio comes with a yummy sausage, beef and chicken and 2 sides. Will definitely be going back. Did I mention they are open late. We got there at midnight and there were dozens of people...

One of their special dishes would be the hotel's famous Assam oxtail. My personal favourite are their indian dishes but the butter chicken and oxtail were a lil too bony unfortunately.
Friendly staff manning the truck, hygiene looks good. Portion may be a lil tiny for those with a...
