Subs On The Run — Restaurant in Miami

Stood in line for 17 minutes and watched 4 employees stand around doing nothing as 1 employee did all the work. Their negative attitude and poor service was enough for me to never go there again. I gave up and started to leave without ordering and just as I was heading out the door a disgruntled employee started rudely fussing at a customer(a quiet and gentle senior gentleman). The man wanted bacon and cheese but the worker was not paying attention so the soft voiced old man repeated himself and the rude employee thought it was disrespectful for the old man to interrupt the conversation he was having with his friends. The employee started cursing in Spanish at the confused but still calm customer. That employee was very unprofessional and I would understand if that humiliated customer filed a Lawsuit for...

Wow don't even know where to start.

Well let's talk customer service. This business hits it out of the park when it comes to customer service. They truly do go above and beyond for there customers.

As for the food it was amazing. A couple of my co workers and I ordered from here and everyone loved it. From the salads to there craft subs. They are killing the competition. The bread on the subs is so soft and delicious you have to try it.

We work in brickell so everything around here is overpriced and having this business close to us to be able to order quality food at a great price is key for us. They definitely earned our business. Albert knows his stuff and you can tell he knows how to operate this business! Keep up the good work.

You will wait here with a crowd about thirty minutes but the line went quick. The trick here is you go thirty minutes before you want the food..you order your food and pay for it run an errand come back to pick it up. There are no thirty party order pickups ..delivery only. Food is great. I got the tuna with honey mustard. The honey mustard is a little sweeter I will get regular next time . The tuna is A++,. The large is enough for two people, but who is sharing when it's this good? Everyone orders steak or chicken from here, seems to be their specialty.

Update: I had the steak supreme with everything onions, pepper, mushrooms, broccoli. It was good and filling. You greedies can order double meat if you want and those cafeteria fries extra crispy..get...
