Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Miami

Ok, if u guys are regularly reading my reviews, you know that food is a very important topic for me and let me just reiterate, I LOVE pizza ( read little Cesares Miami shores review) but domino’s sucks. Everyone has their favorite pizza place, but I know no one who likes domino’s. Before knowing this I decided to order a pizza from a close place and just saw an appetizing (SUPER FAKE) Domino’s commercial. So I was like, why not? When I ordered, the place took TWO HOURS to deliver the pizza. It took half an hour to make the pizza and hour and a half to deliver. Now, the first delivery person did get into an accident (thankfully he/she is ok) but dominos should have an efficient solution in place for when these things happen (it’s Miami of course it’s going to happen), especially if in your commercials you highlight the fact that your delivery is super fast, efficient and better than everyone else. thankfully the person that replaced the person who got in an accident was very nice and even let me call the manager when she arrived so I could scream and him instead of her. Don’t kill the messenger right? However the guy didn’t want to give me a refund for the pizza I ordered TWO HOURS BEFORE AND I HAD TO BARGAIN WITH HIM. This should most definitely not have been the case. When I finally got the pizza, it was COLD. Shouldn’t they have a thing to keep the pizza warm until it gets to your house? I have never been more mad than I was in those three hours. 2 waiting for the pizza and 1 fighting with the manager. Do yourself a favor and die, Domino’s. Also why do you cut your pizza that way? This specific Dominos Pizza location is doing something quite shady and I’m wondering why almost all the Google reviews I read say that they’re stealing peoples money. I believe they tried to do the same thing to me this past Sunday. I went into the store paid for my pizza on their credit card machine. It said it was approved right in front of my eyes. They said bye then as I was walking out they said wait it didn’t go through. I said let me look at my phone bank app, which I did. I held it up showed them it had gone through. They said that was not the case and threatened to call the police on me and said horrible things I won’t even say on this review. Literally got ganged up on over a pizza I had paid for and them saying I was not allowed to leave as it was not paid for. I’ve never in my life thought that the staff from my local Domino’s Pizza that I had bought over 100 pizzas from over the years would be this nasty and disgusting to their customers. This staff had the worst attitude I have ever seen in customer service in all my years of being in the customer service industry myself. Be really careful with your credit card purchases at this place something is off. Just read all the reviews under mine 75% of them say they were charged for food and it never arrived. That is THEFT! There’s something very unusual happening here at this location and I am warning people it’s not worth it to go thru what I did for a lousy pizza. Bad customer service, order a 25 usd veggie pizza with jam and pepperoni (I paid extra for those items)I get home after 12 hours work shift to find out they never put the ham or pepperoni but they charge me for those items, I call the store and they want to give me a credit store ,when I ask how is that works? They told me when you order again just give your phone number with no email or anything saying I have store credit, I say which other option you have ?then she offer me to make the pizza as I pay for and that I bring the pizza I have then they can see they make a mistake and keep it, I ask for my money back and she refuse, I don’t want business in place like this, she just reply is not my fault, yes it is ,you make the mistake and you don’t recognize and you see the prove it because I bring the pizza back to you ,she was just m it’s not my fault…you make me come 2 times and drive here when I don’t leave close to this place, just take your money some were else they value your business as a customer, for that amount you buy a local pizza with better ingredients or at papa John’s, sorry but this was the worse customer service i see in a pizza place …stay away this place ,they need more then training to run that place and if you go always check your order before leaving !!!!!and those employees they never wear a name tag and refuse to give the name and it’s not in the...
