Me and my wife visited Miami for 2 days. We Ordered vegetable Dum biryani, Chicken 65, and Samosa to take out. To make biryani, they added some curry to the rice and put fried rotten onions on top of it. There are no spices and no biryani flavor. The smell is so bad. For chicken 65, they added tomato sauce to the half boiled chicken pieces. The pieces are huge and very hard. Samosa is good. Totally over priced. I paid $40 and that straight to the garbage. Worst taste that I had in my life. Google should introduce zero rating, cuz this restaurant deserves it. Uber Eats should remove this restaurant from their App.
After talking to the owner in-person: Next day we ordered only samosa and the owner discussed about my review. He apologized for the bad quality and rotten food, and said that only the local Americans and some tourists order in his restaurants. Also, Indians who knows the actual taste of Indian food don't order. While having the discussion, he was laughing and criticizing the customers. For my surprise, he asked me to change the review to 5 stars. I spent $40 and you gave me rotten food that I thrown away. HOW DARE YOU ASK ME TO GIVE 5 STARTS?? You guys deserve negative starts. Don't cheat innocent customers by advertising it as Indian food and Indian Restaurant. You don't know how to cook. Try to hire a good chef instead of writing 5 star fake reviews and begging customers to give 5 star even though they don't like it. If they like the food, they will give positive rating.
After your reply: Yes, I have ordered samosas from your restaurant that 2 days. After my first order, I didn't order anything otherthan samosa. I have already told that samosas are good. And, you are saying that I am dishonest. And, one more thing. I am sure that you are just heating the frozen samosas that were purchased from indian grocery store. Your restaurant doesn't have any chefs. Funny thing is you replied after 8 months. Please concentrate on hiring chefs who can cook real indian food instead of begging customers for positive reviews and attacking customers who gave negative...
Read moreWorst Indian restaurant I have ever visited. Did not have a menu. No waiting area. Least interested restaurant host. Overpriced and they even charge for water as well. The food is even worse. Tadka dal did not have salt or tadka. Half burnt half cooked breads. The chutney was stale. Threw away all of the food as was pretty confident this would give food poisoning. Shame on them for calling themselves as Indian food. Forget about authentic, would not recommend eating here if you are looking for simple Indian food as well.
Edit: Replying to the owner. They are just doing a copy & paste lazy reply here as well. I never mentioned that they did not had seating because our order was a pickup order (so I did not care about the two tables there). Second, we were visiting Miami so none of my friends would care to post a review other than me. Third, a free suggestion (unlike water at your restaurant) : stop buying fake reviews, rather invest that time in improving food quality and your attitude, because it seems every genuine review is pointing to all of the same issues...
Read moreGave this spot a try due to its good reviews, which I was disappointed to discover were quite misleading…worst Indian food ever…the samosa chat was bland but salty, like everything else (gobi manchurian and palak paneer) we ordered. It had no yogurt or tamarind sauce/chutney which one would expect to be standard and was altogether tiny, especially for the price. The portions are insulting. Paid extra for naan but one of the sides of rice that came with each dish wasn’t included…lastly, the staff wasn’t very welcoming. I was the only customer when I walked in and wasn’t even greeted or told goodbye. Rather, the lady just told me the price as she went to the counter, never asking what I was there for or how she could help. After the transaction was made she walked off…even if The food was lacking in flavor, it was at least warm. She was not. I won’t be coming back and am only posting this so that others don’t make the same mistake…it wasn’t just the service or the portions. I can live with that. The food was really...
