Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Miami

THIEVES!!!! BEWARE!!!! We order from this location all the time in our offfice. On June 2nd, Ajah took my phone order. 2 sandwiches $18. Simple enough. Till I got home and realized that over $400 was taken from my account....bunch of online transactions soon after the jimmy johns transaction. So I call corporate and they refer me to Brian the regional manager who then takes the issue to Matt the owner of this store who calls me and basically tells me that it wasn't his employee he wasn't investigating it and to call the cops if I so desired but he wasn't doing anything that it could've been taken from any other place. Yes that's the only transaction I had made in 2 days. Not only will never order from here again I will boycott the entire damn organization. Be careful with your credit cards....these thieves will take it in a heart beat and their supervisors won't do a damn thing about it....

I walked in at 10:40 a.m. It was a Tuesday after the president's holiday. No one noticed me, as they were prepping for the day to begin. I waited about 1 minute overlooking the menu when a young lady walks in the door and greeted me. She proceeded to take my order asked if I wanted the bread toasted I declined. She asked if I wanted to get a chip and soda I declined. I settled on just the sandwich which is a number seven a spicy Italian I promptly paid once I was given my receipt she commenced to making my sandwich. The moment she put her gloves on it took nearly 1 and 1/2 minutes before she was finished with my sandwich very quickly. I asked her to add some mustard which she obliged. After that she wrapped it up handed it to me I am now biting to this nice cool sandwich meat nicely chilled and bread as well. Not much in the form of talk. The worse experience ever, the girl making the sub's is very rude & slaps your sandwich together like she could careless how it comes out, as a result of her rushing my sub I found a long stringy piece of plastic in my sub as I was eating it, I brought it back told her what was wrong she snatches the sub scrambles through it then asks me can you show me where it is? I said yes, she then snatches it and throws it in the trash. she ask would I like another one I said no I would just like my money back, we get to the register and she has the nerve to ask me if I ate the chips I already purchased with the sub I looked at her like really?
